The accommodation is located on the mezzanine floor (NO lift).The 35m2 internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHEN CORNER (hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle and kitchen utensils) double sofa bed, TV, dining table, split AC; 1 step present
- BEDROOM I with double bed and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, washing machine, sink, bidet and WC;
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The check-in system is overly complicated. First, required to fill in personal data of all the guests. Second, the link with instructions didn't work, so we couldn't locate the keybox and enter the building. Got into the building only because a neighbour has helped. The hosts responses were delayed and unclear, no personal presence by check-in & check-out. Keybox is far away from the apartment. Overall, nice and clean apartment, good location and neighborhood.

Multiple issues: 1) shameful, uncomfortable and difficult check-in: hidden keybox 50 meters from the apartment, attached to the fence of a park, thrown to the ground where dogs urinate. I had the cones while I entered the code to open it. Also on the website where there are instructions there is no famous video of how to find the keybox... Who knows, maybe because it has now become illegal to use them in Milan. 2) Partially broken hairdryer, which can only be used with cold air. 3) bedroom shutter not working, it cannot be raised. 4) both the bajour lights do not work, so you have to stay with the main light on if you want to have a bit of light since the shutter is also broken 5) TV remote control broken, it works once yes and twenty no. You can't wait to see it. 6) main showerhead not usable, the holes are closed from limestone for little maintenance, there is the danger that it will burst.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
