The approximately 25sqm apartment number 306 is located on the third floor with lift of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:
- LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge.
Bathroom with bidet and small shower box. There's a very small balcony.

- UPPER LEVEL (reachable via internal stairs) with double bed
The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them

Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building.
Outside on the street there are tram stops # 16 and # 19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta / Viale Nirone at 20 meters.
If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car.

The apartment is in an incredible location, in a super accessible area with the subway and cable car practically on the doorstep, and just a 10-minute walk from the Duomo. It was extremely clean, I was able to check in early for free, and the host always responded very quickly. The only point of attention is that the building's laundry operates through an app that requires an Italian phone number for login. As we are Brazilian and our chip is from Brazil, we are unable to receive the confirmation SMS. The host didn't want to receive the code on his phone, so to be able to do the laundry, we had to get an Italian number. Another important detail is that, unlike street laundries, this laundry charges 5 euros only for water, and you need to buy the soap separately. We had already washed clothes in other places where soap and softener were included in the price. Besides that perfect stay!

Smaller and less nice than the picture (beside the bed area). Bathroom very tiny and old Kitchen without any plug There is no curtain or shade at the window. So you can not make the place dark. And the location is just above a street where there are a lot of tram that makes so much noise! And cars too

Pro's: - Great location - Great size - Towels, soap, hair dryer, shampoo & body wash provided - Air con/fan was easy to use - Lift that works - Easy check in process - Lovely little kitchenette (I didn't use it) but there is a fridge kettle etc. Con's: - Couldn't shut the shutters in the apartment, there was no blinds/curtains either. Luckily I had my eye mask with me. But it meant I was changing in the bathroom for privacy, which is perfect for someone 5ft3, but if you were taller you'd bang your head in the bathroom. - NOISE, the traffic noise is awful - take ear plugs - Stains on the walls, cushions and sofa - No ironing board or iron I would stay here again as location wise it was perfect, but if some of the cons could be fixed in the meantime that would be great.
