Cozy and modern loft, perfect for 4 people and organized on two levels, located on the ground floor of a Milanese building. The property is located near Porta Venezia, a lively neighborhood, well served by public transport and full of restaurants and bars to enojy the authentic Milanese life.
The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom.
The space
The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and kitchenette (with induction hob, fridge, microwave, kitchenware and kettle);
- BATHROOM with shower box (a step to access to it), sink, bidet and WC;
- BEDROOM (on the mezzanine) with double bed and WALK-IN CLOSET.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, heating, air conditioning (split in the living area), washing machine, iron and ironing board, coat hanger, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there are stairs without handrails to reach the mezzanine (where the double bed and the walk-in closet are located). Consequently, the apartment is not particularly suitable if you are traveling with small children.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Great hosts, great location, great and spatial appartment for 2-3 people. You can walk as to Central Station as well as to the Duomo and Gallery.

Apartment well located in the city of Milan, we are close to everything. On the other hand, we are quite disappointed with the condition of the accommodation compared to the photos that can be seen on the ad. The accommodation is damp (marks on the walls), the shower is not clean (dirty seals, hair on the shower head), dust on the floor... We do not feel comfortable in the accommodation. In addition, the main window does not close completely, which is annoying because we were awakened every morning around 6:30 am by the noise of the bins, doors, neighbours...

We very much like the home. The heater didn't heat up that much because it was very cold, but it was good anyway. The ladder to the bed is a bit inconvenient, but nothing that gets in the way of the stay. The surroundings had restaurants, markets and very close to the subway, the milano centrale and the electric trams, which was great for us.

Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. - In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used. - Respect for the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00. - For late check-in, the following supplement is required: * after 9.30 pm and until 11 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11pm. - The apartment is on the ground floor; however, there is a staircase (without handrails) inside that leads to the mezzanine with the double bed and walk-in closet (not particularly suitable if you are traveling with small children). I ask you to consider the following friendly rules designed to make the house more pleasant for all my guests: - leave the apartment tidy; - do not smoke in the apartment; - avoid noises on the stairs and in other common areas; - turn off all lights before going out; - parties and other types of events are not allowed.
