Our stay was unpleasant. The house is in a good location and the positives stop here. There are several steps to get to the apartment, apart from the fact that the apartment was dirty, it was also cold and without sound insulation. Generally, we would not prefer it again. I hope the situation improves because it really could be a good apartment and it is a shame.

The apartment is very nice, just as it appears in the photos. It is not close to Milan's central train station, it is about 30 minutes away, so I recommend taking an uber or public transport to get there faster, as it is also well connected by public transport from there. The host was always attentive and helped us with a problem we had with access to the building. The only thing we would improve is that the shower door does not close completely and all the water escapes and you have to clean the floor after each shower, in addition to the shower drain clogging and taking time to drain the water, otherwise the apartment is lovely.

The location was really great and everything worked great with the castle. Everything in the bedroom was clean. Unfortunately, the shower was not so clean and also leaking. The entire floor was wet afterwards. The drain is also blocked, which is why a puddle is forming. In general, there was also an unpleasant smell in the apartment throughout the duration of my stay, despite ventilation. Overall, Airbnb was quite acceptable.

The apartment was dirty: dust, hair, limescale, clogged shower drain, broken shower door, water changing temperature, weak flow. Shower leaks onto the floor towel, no hand towels. Air conditioning extremely loud, TV doesn’t work. Coffee maker dirty with old coffee inside. No sofa bedding despite prior request – found locked in a cupboard. Curtains torn and dirty, walls unrenovated for over 10 years. Full of unnecessary trinkets. Overall dirty and neglected – no idea what was cleaned.

Really lovely apartment, very clean and has plenty of space to stay for a few days/weeks if needed with a large fridge freezer also. Good location with a few local restaurants/cafes, and around 30 mins to walk to the train station and a 30 min walk to the Duomo area with more restaurants etc. Really enjoyed our stay here, would highly recommend :)

The accommodation was great, close to public transport which makes long journeys easier. Don't be afraid if it's not in the very centre of Milan, you can do everything by transport or on foot for the bravest! The owner is at our disposal if we have any questions! It was a great stay!

We were told that the bed was broken a few hours before check-in and we were asked to sleep on the sofa bed. We slept the first night with the mattress on the floor and asked for a replacement bed. The next day they replaced it with a smaller bed than the mattress that you sank into the middle of and was uncomfortable. When they changed the bed, they left the previous one disassembled in the room, with everything in the middle and dirty. In addition, the coffee maker did not work, we asked them to fix it and apparently they tried but they did not succeed and they did not tell us anything. The stay was generally acceptable and the communication was very good, but unfortunately we had a bad experience with the things I mentioned above and our experience was not good. We had to spend a lot of time dealing with all these inconveniences that ultimately spoil your holiday.

We had a great time in this apartment! It was perfect for the four of us (my wife, our two children and me), spacious, clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is nice, with very good restaurants right next door where you can taste real Italian cuisine, away from the tourist traps. The center of Milan can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes, but there is also a tram station nearby. Overall, a very good experience — I would highly recommend it!

I can't complain about anything, maybe just that I found some dust, especially in the drawers and that the dish soap was stretched with water. I also found a dirty blanket. Great location, very close to the M1 metro that takes you to the Duomo.

Nice size flat, nice bathroom. However the bed was completely broken. Messaged the host who sent a handy man around and agreed it was broken. We were told the host would be in contact with us but heard absolutely nothing from them. I messaged multiple times to give them the chance to fix the problem themselves but they ignored me so I went through Airbnb and got a partial refund because 3/4 nights of the holiday we had terrible sleep. There’s a pillow in the wardrobe full of blood stains. Went to make a tea and there was more limescale in the kettle than water. On the plus side check in was easy and it’s a good location.

The apartment was central and easy to get to from Porta Venezia metro. Self check in is easy, and once you get used to the link and the code for the door it's easy to navigate around. Overall a nice stay in Milan for our short break

The apartment is very good for 2-3 people, even bigger than I thought. The instructions to get in are very clear, the air served perfect and the location liked them a lot. A bonito barrio, with a lot of things around and close to the subway that you get fast to downtown even walking. Shower water a little and the fridge sounds a little, but it has a solution.

The apartment is very nice, very nice decor. All very clean except for the boards of the shower tiles that had quite mold. I asked if there was body wash, they told me yes, I got out of my toilet bag the one I was planning to take and when I arrived what there was a super small sample. To mop the dishes an envelope of dishwasher, totally insufficient if you stay several days, there are no kitchen towels. In other apartments we have been they usually have more basic stuff, paper napkins, spices, even vinegar, sugar, etc. We are going to leave a 1 liter bottle of vinegar, half bottle of oil, saccharin, half a bottle of soluble coffee, and a practically whole bottle of shower gel, I hope they leave it to facilitate the stay for the new tenants. However, I repeat that the apartment is very nice, comfortable, bright and very nicely located.

Hallo, i booked a stay in August 2024. Upon arrival, you should open the door lock via a website. This was still possible. Arrived at the property, on the 3rd floor, we found that the AC is working very slowly. This took about 2 days to cool down from 30 degrees in the room to 23 degrees. The first night was horrible. The shower cubicle is completely leaking. The door does not close completely, leaving a gap of 10 cm. Here the water comes out. In addition, people taller than 1.8m have to duck while showering... mold stains were also present in the shower. Now for the highlight. One evening, at 10pm, we couldn't get into the apartment. The reason for this was a broken door lock of the landlord. However, communication with this is only possible until 10 pm. Ergo. We stood in front of the building FOR 3 HOURS without getting in. Neighbor then opened. The landlord dispute with us about a refund. Nothing.

Great apartment and in a perfect location. The place is comfortable and has everything you would need, I really liked the coffee machine. What I didn’t like is that the apartment desperately needs a handyman visit. The shower door doesn’t close completely so every time you shower there’s is a lot of water leaking to the floor. The shower itself doesn’t hold well in the wall, the corners of the shower capsule need new sealant. The facet needs repair, air conditioner blade isn’t moving so it blows cold air only downwards. There was a dishwasher but only one tablet… It’s a great apartment but there were just tiny things here and there which tarnish the overall experience. I would stay here again.

This apartment matches the images they post. Its size is comfortable and practical for two people. It is well equipped and the air conditioner works well. What we would emphasize as negative is that the neighbors are heard as if they were in the room next door and the bed was uncomfortable as far as it was deformed. The pillow, not on the outside cover but on the inside, had stains (we assume that of blood). The area is good and quiet. It has some restaurant and supermarket all around that always come well. Count, around the corner, with a tram stop that takes you to the Central Station. If you want to walk downtown it's viable.

The location is wonderful for any visit to Milan! Metro is easily accessible. Appliances, washer, and AC unit came in handy due to the hot weather in the summer. Owner was incredibly responsive with any questions we may have had. Couple of issues - WiFi information that was shared by the owner was incorrect and I had to figure it out and relay all updated information to the owner. Shower plumbing line was backed up from the beginning. Trash was left over from the previous tenant and was not taken care of before our scheduled arrival.

The AirBnb was exactly as advertised. Great space for multiple people. Great pull out bed as well. Kitchen was pristine and functional. Bathroom was great - very good shower. Good location on a quiet street but also close to things to do and night life. No complaints. Easy to find and access!

I liked everything but above all the location, the neighborhood is a 100 super, bars, restaurants, all less than 200 meters away. and with easy access to tram and subte to get to the cathedral. A luxury. I'm coming back.
