- BALCONY accessible from the living room and bedroom;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and WC;

FURTHER SERVICES AT GUEST'S DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, split A/C (in the living room and bedroom), central heating, washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack and private indoor parking space in the assigned courtyard.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

It was a very clean and wonderful apartment. The security was good and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The parking lot is also locked, so you don't have to worry about car theft. I liked the large, well-equipped kitchen. I would definitely like to use it again when I travel to Milan next time.

The place was pretty good. They forgot to take out the rubbish from the previous tenants, but we understood that this was an oversight and we didn't give it much importance. The problem was the host's care for their tenants. The electricity went out in the apartment and after communicating it to the host, it took him 2 seconds to send us a video (which he had already prepared) in which he sent us to the basements of the building to raise the general of the apartment. After arguing with the host that I, as a tenant, did not have to do that work, I agreed to go down, but I found another problem and that is that the door to go down to the basement would not open. The solution is to wait until the next day for a technician to come or ask a neighbour to open the door for me, in short... to sort myself out... In the end we were without electricity all night, without dinner, without heating and without power to the electric lock to access the apartment. We moved to a new flat.
