The property is located in the heart of Chinatown, one of the liveliest and most popular neighborhoods in Milan, renowned for its energy and dynamic atmosphere. The strategic location allows you to easily reach the main attractions of the city.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The space
The apartment is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, moka, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table, bed sofa and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the living room), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The fireplace in the living room is a furnishing accessory and CANNOT be used.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The accommodation itself was perfect. The street is a bit noisy at night. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 pm; we waited 40 minutes with our belongings for the host to let us in...

Excellent accommodation; the location was very good. We were able to explore the city on foot thanks to the flat’s location in the Chinatown area. The accommodation was clean and tidy. I would recommend it.

I stayed here on my own and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Chinatown. Communication with the host was very smooth, and they always responded quickly. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with great taste. I felt very safe and at home during my stay. I highly recommend this place.
