Convenient and easily accessible accommodation, offering great amenities. Very quiet area during the week, and a little noisier at the weekend (normal for such an attractive city). Slightly far from the city centre, it is still easily accessible by metro and tram (tram stop in front of the building, 20 minutes from the centre of Milan). The provision of household linen and hygiene products is very much appreciated. Ideal for a few days in Milan.

The apartment is in a residential area and is well located, close to two metro lines. During the day it's very practical and quiet, but here's a tip for the evening: the area is quite deserted, with very few bars open, giving a feeling of insecurity. We recommend that you pay attention when walking on the street at night and avoid having your mobile phone on display. The tram passes right by the property and you can hear the noise, but it didn't bother us. The property is well equipped, but we experienced some practical issues: Wi-Fi: The network and password indicated in the check-in manual did not exist. We had to connect a modem that we found in the drawer and, with a bit of luck, the name and password printed on the modem's label worked. But they were completely different from what we had been told; Air conditioning: The air conditioning in the room was not working. Electrical Appliances and Utensils: The hairdryer provided did not fit into the bathroom sockets (it would be great if you could provide a socket adapter).

I can hardly recommend this apartment to you: Noise is pervasive. First of all, the tram that passes on the street, extremely noisy every 10 minutes. With the neighbors, whose partitions are very thin (these same neighbors will not hesitate to ring your doorbell a minute after your arrival, if they see that you have not understood how the building works). The mattress is also bad. So everything makes the stay difficult: I made the decision to shorten it and the hosts were quite responsive, I thank them.

No complaints about the apartment. Clean and as described in the photos. As for the rest, it's very bad. They don't tell you that it's located in one of the most dangerous neighbourhoods in Milan, where there are lots of drunk and drugged people who cause trouble on the street. What's more, the tram is right outside, and it's very noisy. Also, the location they provide is incorrect; it was on a small street, and it took us a long time to find it, given the limited security you can expect and the constant fear that something might happen to you. What's more, although the booking was non-refundable, we had to return to Spain due to a serious personal issue, and they didn't help us at all. The price does not reflect the apartment itself at all.

The hair dryer wasn't working. There were not enough sockets. There was only 1 socket in the bedroom. Apart from that, it was clean and tidy. The area was quiet but didn't seem very safe at night.

I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before booking this apartment, however unfortunately they appeared during our stay. Extremely noisy apartment, from the outside but also from the neighbours next door. We stayed there for 2 weeks and every night they partied and were very loud. The living room sofa was extremely dirty, and so was the bed mattress. Full of yellow stains and completely bent at the middle, absolutely unsleepable on it. Pro - the towels very clean and smelled like chlorine. Overall, old furniture, dirty and very noisy apartment, and the hosts require biometric and personal data to be uploaded on an external website before checkin as mandatory condition to receive checkin instructions (and Airbnb did nothing against this even though it is on an external website and it violates Airbnb policy). Definitely would not recommend this accommodation, one of the worst I have ever stayed in.

Nice spacious apartment and well served by metro/tram. Smooth communication with the host who is an agency. Self check-in and check-out with clear instructions to access the accommodation. The negative points are mainly the bed, which is not really comfortable, and the sockets are not suitable for computer chargers, for example (with the exception of the one in the kitchen). The accommodation was clean overall but there was dust on the furniture and stains on the sheets/towels that were washed anyway).

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, which made for good rest. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy at times, as sounds from outside are quite noticeable. Some small details could be improved, such as the toilet seat. The power sockets were a bit inconvenient, as not all plugs fit properly – only the one in the kitchen worked well. The bathroom doors were very transparent, so it would be nice to have something to cover them for more privacy. The kitchen would also benefit from a few more utensils and slightly newer equipment. With these adjustments, the apartment could be even more comfortable.

I was in Milan with my daughter and her friend at this property. The apartment matches the photos and you can really feel comfortable there. The large bed is very comfortable, the sofa bed unfortunately not, so I would not recommend anyone to sleep on the sofa for a longer stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, but a little stingy with cups, plates and cutlery. We liked the location, there are a few cheap local restaurants in the area that have good prices because you are a bit off the beaten path. The apartment is well connected to the nearest subway by tram and buses and you can get to many sights relatively quickly from there. For 2 people, I would rent this accommodation again!

Convenient location, 10 minutes' walk from the metro station. Apartment on the 6th floor, but the building has a lift. We appreciated the presence of air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired: coffee stains on the kitchen shelf, dirty cups, a sofa that we opened to make the bed that was very dirty and that we had to vacuum, stained sheets with hair stuck to them; it's a real shame since a fee is paid specifically for cleaning.

The property was on the 6th floor of a high-rise building in an area where many cultures live. There was a tram stop right outside the front door, which is why the transport connection was very good. Other metro stations nearby were within easy reach. Check-in is completely autonomously via a provider on an online page via a link, where you could then open both doors via the cell phone. A little cumbersome, but then very simple and good in the end. The place was very large and there was enough space. Everything you needed was available. Not the non plus ultra, but perfectly sufficient for a weekend trip.

We felt at home, the apartment is super spacious and comfortable and very bright. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is very accessible to walk to the heart of the city. It takes 30 minutes. It has all amenities. Check-in was very smooth and clear. Very happy with everything :)

Great location, responsive host — replies within minutes. But the building entry is through a third-party web app that simply broke. Not user error — I’m a web QA engineer, I know how to press a damn button. The host assumed I wasn’t following instructions, but the system just failed. I got in only because someone opened the door. Later, they gave me a physical key, which should’ve been the default. Apartment door code is clunky. No toilet paper or soap on arrival, dirty towels. Host promised replacements, but nothing came. Mattress is super soft and cheap — not good for your back. Balcony full of mops/buckets. Also, beware of the check-out form: the time you write becomes final. I wrote 9 a.m. and was kicked out exactly then — cleaners arrived 10 minutes later. No flexibility. Always choose the latest time. Okay for 1–2 nights. Clearly not suitable for longer stays.

The place is in a beautiful part of Milan, next to the Fiera and Buonarroti neighborhoods. In front of the place there is a tram station going to the City Center and the Duomo; while 4 other metro stations are in a 10-minute walking distance. Getting into the apartment and building is a bit tedious, as it requires an active connection to the internet on your mobile phone. One night we almost ran out of battery while late and risked not being able to get in. The apartment itself is very spacious, with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a balcony. It's very brightly lit, and also contains blinds to dim out the light just in case. The air conditioning also did wonders. Although the place was mostly clean when we got there, it hadn't been dusted, and it was very noticeable. The host was responsive and helpful and called the cleaning company again, and soon enough someone came for dusting. However, that situation should have been avoided in the first place.

It was a nice place to stay in Milan. Spacious bright apartment, warm inside during the nights, easy access. There several bid transportation options nearby or in 5 min walk distance. Nice hall and building itself. Only noticed that there were no microwave oven, bed and pillows are quite soft if you get used to sleep or orthopaedic one.

The Airbnb was not cleaned. The cleaner was waiting at the door and entered the apartment thanks to us. He told us to wait 5min while he did a super fast and rush- not thorough clean. The cleaner left the Airbnb in a disgusting manner. Toe nails scattered around the floors, and long black hair everywhere. You would not find a hostel which was that gross. The cleaner also said he would be ten minutes to bring fresh sheets. We waited for an hour for him to arrive. We ended up cleaning by ourself for 45min because the host was not answering. He answered and ask to send a new cleaner but it was too late. The stove was not working, and we did not have a stove for three days. Overall, we feel we wasted a lot of time waiting and we did not feel comfortable. Definitely not clean like the host said. Will never come back again. On the bright side, we told the host we would like coffee and cooking oil, and they dropped it off at the door by the time we got back to the Airbnb.
