The accommodation is located in an excellent strategic position, just 100m from the "Brenta" stop of the yellow line of the M3 underground, just 5 stops away from Duomo! The area is full of services including the Carrefour supermarket open 24 hours a day (300m), a pharmacy open 24 hours a day in Corvetto and bars and restaurants serving Italian and ethnic cuisine.
The space
The internal space is organized as follows:- LIVING ROOM with sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and access to the BALCONY;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave, moka, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, kitchenware and table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM II with double sofa bed, wardrobe and flat-screen TV;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom I), washing machine (in the bathroom), central heating with thermovalves, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment was clean and in a useful location for reaching key parts of the city. Check in was confusing with apps, WhatsA* messages and emails all with instructions that always match and there’s a lot of running around to do if you have heavy bags. It felt like the Crystal Maze. The elevator wasn’t working when I first got there and the floors weren’t labeled so hauling heavy bags up to Floor 6 after finally getting in wasn’t fun. Everything was unplugged - from the fridge to the washing machine so worth noting the appliances do work they just aren’t plugged in so you have to pull the appliances away from the wall to plug them in. Could have done with a tea towel. The apartment was warm but the hot water in the shower doesn’t last long

Great location, close to the city center and very well connected by subway. Quiet building and a large, overall well-equipped apartment - we had a comfortable stay. A few minor things could be improved: some kitchen appliances were not working (coffee machine), and the gas boiler that heats the water released a gas smell when turning on and off - I informed the host and trust it will be addressed. The entrance door lock is also a bit tricky and takes some patience to open. It took some practice, but we got better each time :-) On the plus side, the mattress in the main bedroom is incredibly comfortable - I haven’t slept this well in a long time. Overall, a very good experience and good value for money, especially considering the busy period during the Winter Olympics in Milan.
