Accommodation directly at the entrance to the metro, in a very good place with the M1 and M4 lines, safe and quiet neighbourhood, the tram was noisy as they say in other comments but nothing annoying, it doesn't sound very loud and around 11 or 12 at night it stopped running. All the comforts of an apartment and with heating. Saturdays and Tuesdays with a fair market right on the doorstep of the block. The only downside was that the heating was communal and in the mornings it was off but nothing to worry about.
