Good parking space, well connected to the metro, offers enough space, good air conditioning. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was loose and the shower curtain was inadequate. It was also a bit noisy, and access was a bit complicated (only with an internet-enabled mobile phone after additional registration).

Good location - close to Metro and a supermarket - and good size for the three of us. Also relatively quiet at night. But shutters over all the windows meant there was no natural light and had to have lights on. The rain shower head in the bathroom could also do with being replaced - sends water in all directions and wets the floor of the bathroom every time you shower.

A lovely apartment, big enough for 5. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very useful for us in the hot weather. It is located near a metro station that takes us to the centre of Milan. There is a supermarket nearby where you can do your shopping. The instructions provided were clear enough to understand how the input works.

The three of us stayed here as friends for two nights. The apartment is as described, with simple air conditioning in both bedrooms. There was simply no sponge or cleaning cloth, and a thorough clean was needed. The third bed was not made, but there was extra bed linen available. I would have liked to have received the check-in information earlier, especially where/how exactly to park. We had to clarify that on site via WhatsApp (the parking space in the courtyard was great!). My internet or the Wi-Fi were sometimes not so good, and we didn't get into the flat straight away, so I would recommend asking for the code in advance. Nice to know: there's a great café downstairs right outside the door! The metro station is about 500 m away, close to the Navigli area where you can go for great food and drinks in the evening.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment. The instructions were given a little late, but they were well explained. We encountered two problems: there was no gate badge when we arrived, and there were problems with the Wi-Fi. Without Wi-Fi, we could no longer open the building door. However, the owner of the apartment was very responsive, found a solution for the badge on Sunday, and explained that the connection could drop. I therefore advise you to check the Wi-Fi when you arrive and not to park the car in the building's car park without having collected the apartment and checked that the car park badge is there.

The house was easy to reach by metro. You need to have your phone with you when entering. It's easy to use, but your battery shouldn't be dead, or you might be locked out. The house had everything we needed for the kitchen and bathroom. I can't say the house was perfectly clean, but it was clean except for a few noticeable spots of dirt. The person in charge responded quickly to our messages.

The apartment was really spacious and clean. The two bedrooms were across the entrance, so there was some sense of privacy. The living and dining area was also fairly big, and the apartment was well-lit. Even though it's not in central Milan, the M2 line is v convenient and takes you into the city quickly.

Overall, we liked the accommodation very much: good location, comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. However, we would like to comment on the cleanliness – the floors were not clean, our white socks turned black very quickly, and the table was also dirty. We hope that more attention will be paid to this in the future, because otherwise, everything was really good.

We arrived at 15:20, but there was a cleaning lady in our apartment. She was doing something in one of the rooms in a hurry. It smelled sharp, like cleaning chemicals. Very sharp unpleasant smell. The cleaning lady left quickly, but he stayed. And did not go away despite airing The host did not help, despite our complaints. The apartment was ventilated with all windows from 15:20 to 22 - nothing helped We returned at 10 pm. We couldn't sleep, we had a headache. We saw huge greasy stains on the bathroom floor. Apparently, it was a huge layer of chemistry that flew to the floor - this is our opinion and we are sure of it We had to wash the floor ourselves, because the owner was not going to help (he didn't even offer to send a cleaner). He denied all complaints! As a result, after cleaning, the smell went away. The water was such a colour, as if we were washing something very dirty, sticky and treated with chemicals. After cleaning, the mop smelled terrible. I had to isolate it. In general, no help from the host. And terrible cleaning. This is the main negative from the arrival in these apartments

Easy access accommodation a few meters from the subway station and supermarket. Please note that you need 4/5G to access the accommodation or enter the WiFi box code... To access the car park, do not look for the remote control (from the video) but a keychain

Spacious space with necessary amenities. Relatively comfortable bedding. Very comfortable sofas. Large fridge in the kitchen. The 2 separate bedrooms are really a plus for this accommodation. Brief great stay of 4 nights. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. The entrance with the smartphone link was no problem for us. Everything worked out well even though we had some doubts at first. Parking space always easy to find in front of the building so if you are by car it's perfect as a place, close to the metro.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with two big bedrooms, something rare in Milan. And even rarer, a private parking. The house was pleasantly warm in winter and the bathroom and bed linens were new and clean. The check-in instructions seem difficult at first, but it’s actually pretty straightforward. We only had a problem with opening the door once, and the host solved it immediately, and he was always responsive throughout our stay. The location is a bit far from the city center, but well connected with Subway and buses, and there’s plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around.

We really liked this apartment, two spacious rooms, a living room, very easy access to the center by public transport. Private parking in the estate, which makes life much easier because, as you know, there is a big problem with parking in Milan. We will definitely come back.

It was a house that seemed far from the center but was very easy to reach. We followed the instructions at the entrance and it was very easy. We found everything one might need. The big market nearby is great! It's nice that it's on the main street. There was no disturbing sound. We would prefer it again.

it was a terrible stay the link to open the door didn’t work because the door is automatic lock and i couldn’t reach the host to get in the apartment for the first night and i had to go and sleep in a hotel for the night after i checked in and all my stuff was locked inside they responded next day at 9 and send a new link to get in the apartments and also dropped and didn’t work i try to convince the host to give me the password for the key first the didn’t respond but after i insist they gave it to me if they didn’t not i would be locked out side the apartment for the second night also because the link also dropped off and didn’t work

Loved staying there. The appartment has everything you need, it's quite big. There are 2 TVs, a big bathroom, I was able to cook with a stove, an oven... we were 2 people but 4 or even 5 would have enough space to have a good time there. Every single time I need help, I got a quick anwser through What'sapp Thank you for all of that.

Amazing place to stay - good connection to the metro to get in and around Milan. The Apartment was lovely - good bedrooms and nice blackout shutters. The tv is also good has Netflix and yt on it. Kitchen was incredible stocked with equipment. We had an issue with the virtual key to get into the building and it stopped working - but there are a set of keys so bring them with you - the rest of the virtual key to get into the apartment worked perfectly fine.

The accommodation was clean and good, the location too, the only negative thing but which was very tiring for us was the opening of the doors with the phone, when we came back at night we were locked out for more than an hour because the opening on the phone no longer worked. We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. This one is very well located in a lively neighborhood, with all the necessary amenities. The metro is really close and it allows you to reach the centre in less than 20 minutes. As for the apartment itself, it is really spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The host is very communicative, we had a sink problem and it was resolved the same evening. I recommend it for any type of short and long family stay.

The host was very nice and extremely responsive. My messages were always answered extremely fast. About the apartment, the place was just as in the pictures and as described. However, the cleaning was not good. What stood out especially was that when we arrived, there were hairs everywhere, including on the bed, on the pillows, in the middle of the sheets, truly everywhere. This was extremely gross. Also, one other negative point was that only 2 rolls of toilet paper were left for 2 nights for 4 guests.

We stayed here for a weekend, and it was great! The property is convenient to the city's major points of interest. We had the car and reached the places of interest in no time. We stayed with our two children and it was very comfortable as both rooms have double beds. The host was immediately available for any requests and clarifications! We will definitely be back
