The place was easy to find and easy to get into. The communication was very bad, we notified them about the heater and the cold water and they never responded to our complaint. We had to bathe in cold water our entire stay and the air conditioning works but not 100%. We would recommend communication channels at all times or at least some form of immediate response communication.

Great apartment! Communication was smooth and easy, and the location is excellent! right in a lively neighborhood full of bars and restaurants, close to the metro, with a supermarket just around the corner. The apartment itself was very well equipped and comfortable: plenty of storage space, TV, mirrors, strong water pressure, and blackout options which are perfect if you have trouble sleeping with light. If I had to mention small downsides: entry and exit are only through a phone app, and I would have preferred a physical key as a backup in case the phone battery runs out. Also, the apartment is on the patio level, so while it has big windows, it doesn’t get a lot of natural light — though there’s plenty of good lighting inside to make up for it. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here!
