We had a great stay in this apartment. Friendly and helpful host, provided us with very simple instructions for self check-in. The location is perfect: the apartment is 5 minutes from Piazzale Loreto and Corso Buenos Aires, in 15 minutes you can easily reach the Duomo. The apartment is modern and clean, ideal for a couple or a family with small children.

Ideal location for visiting Milan. Metro station 300 m away, 5 stops to the Duomo. Private parking space (gate) much appreciated. Refurbished apartment. There is a Lidl on the pavement opposite. The electronic doors (building and apartment gate) are only opened via a link on the phone. Make sure you have battery on your phone and network (that was my concern of the day). Overall assessment: very good

Very serious host, apartment and parking very well secured, very well located 2 steps from the metro in front of lidl and pum and the person is very kind and answers the phone very quickly, apartment refurbished, well equipped, very clean, quiet. It's the first time I've used Airbnb and I'm delighted, I highly recommend it

Spacious accommodation, lots of storage. Very well insulated from street noise but a little noisy with the neighbours. Some important instructions are missing that could have been posted: parking N18 (which earned us a scolding from the neighbour at midnight), WiFi network Windtre B96430 and not the one given (3 days to find the right network alone by trying them all), almost no condiments (salt, a little table oil and 1 spice.)Too bad, it would take little to make it perfect.

Pleasant accommodation, close to public transport and supermarkets, with very comfortable equipment (shower, kitchen and bedding). The private parking space is a very appreciable little extra. On the other hand, it was a little lacking in some useful accessories: no sponge in the kitchen, no sugar in the cupboards, no drainer when we cooked pasta... Accommodation that I recommend for visiting Milan.

A beautiful apartment located near a beautiful shopping street in Milan. It was a very luxurious apartment with good air conditioning and WiFi. Upon arrival we had trouble opening the large gate for the car, there was no instruction video on how this worked. The WiFi was apparently in a different name. Communication with the host was a bit more difficult in these areas. But in the end, it worked! We are very satisfied with this airbnb and would definitely recommend it!

The stay is as described and seen in the photos. The directions to the apartment are very clear with videos and explanations. Supermarket nearby and indoor parking to make your stay easier. Good location for taking the subway and trains, area with good connections. The only downside is perhaps the feeling of being a less crowded neighbourhood at certain times.

It's a nice, clean place, and it's close to the subway. The neighborhood isn't the prettiest, but it's safe. The only issue was that the host accidentally gave another guest access to the apartment. They fixed it, but it's a big security concern, especially since everything's digital

We recommend it! Good location, close to the metro to the very center. Check-in was a bit complicated, but the host was in touch and explained. One minus for the cracked boards in the bed - but the host was informed about it and promised that it would be fixed quickly :).

Apartment in a great location, supermarkets and metro within walking distance. Recently renovated, very well maintained, equipped with everything you need. A big plus is the parking space in the inner courtyard. Fully automated management by an agency, there is no real-life host. No response to requests for information before arriving, good responsiveness during the stay, always and only managed via messages. The house has no keys but an opening and closing system via mobile phone. You need to have a mobile phone that is always charged and with a working internet line.

New apartment with a large balcony. It had everything you needed to spend several days in the city. There are several supermarkets next door and a wide variety of restaurants. It's just 10 minutes by subway from the Duomo. We were right at home.

Electricity disconnected while I’m out of the house which resulted in losing all of the goods that I have in the fridge and the freezer so I lost a lot of money and throw them away. The bed is very bad and the blankets are not clean.

The apartment was very well decorated and clean, and my I really enjoyed staying here! It was located <5 minute walk from the nearest metro which made getting around Milan quite easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Missed our flight because we couldn’t get the gate open to get the car out of the courtyard. We had to wait for someone to leave to go out with them. The host didn’t respond. The building is gross with trash in the hallways and the neighbors kept asking us to buy marijuana.

The accommodation was spotless, very nicely decorated, large and classy. 2 supermarkets below, it's very convenient. The only 2 small downsides are the noise when the windows are open and the secure access a little complex and which requires internet access (I had an internet problem at one time and I could no longer close the accommodation)

Apartment in a very well-served area, in general I am very satisfied with the experience, the apartment also meets all needs for a family of four like ours. Actually, I expected it to be smaller and I have to say that the space is very well managed, with three rooms, the entrance/living room area and kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, the latter very nice, but in general everything new and in excellent condition. Another strong point is the presence of a car space in the inner courtyard. Not very big, I have a small utility car and I barely stayed there. As I wrote before, the area is very central and served, even in front there is a Lidl that closes at 9:30 pm and there are many multi-ethnic places. I recommend not coming home too late.

The accommodation is in a very convenient location to reach both the Duomo and the Central Station in a few minutes. It has a choice of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The accommodation is very well stocked with everything that can be useful. Clean, comfortable, and the balcony is a nice comfort.

The apartment is close to the subway station Loreto, and located just across the street from a Lidl. It makes for an excellent basecamp for visiting Milano. There is an expresso coffee machine that works on induction hobs ! Excellent communication with Cleanbnb House team.

Very well located apartment, 4 minutes from metro 1 (red line). Just across the street from a convenient Lidl for shopping and breakfast. Clear instructions for accessing the apartment via the app. The apartment overlooks via Padova which is a very busy street with lots of cars, buses. The noise from the road can be disturbing. The apartment is not well soundproofed, we could hear the neighbors talking, and also the noises of the road. Otherwise very clean and spacious apartment, refurbished and pleasant bathroom. The double bed mattress is very soft, we advise you to change it.

If anyone is visiting Milan, this place is clear. The description is clear. Respond quickly when you have a lot of transportation. It's easy to get around because it's close to the skytrain and there is a supermaket. Close to the nightclub. There is a lift. I was very impressed with this stay. Would definitely stay again if I had the chance to come back to Milan.
