- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with raised shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine;
- BALCONIES (two) with access from the living room and the bedroom.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WiFi, central heating with thermostatic valves, central air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, hangers, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.

Good information before our stay; I was given a phone number for the person who was supposed to help us check in, but I never received any text messages back, which made it difficult to know if the staff had received the information about when we planned to check in. It was very unclear whether we would need to pay the late check-in surcharge and how to do so. Messages from the host stated that we should withdraw cash in advance to pay this directly upon check-in; once on site, the man claimed that this was not necessary and that he would get into trouble if he received money from us. After my stay, I received a message informing me that I had failed to pay this fee and would have to pay it retrospectively. This caused us a bit of a headache, but Airbnb were professional and were able to cover the cost due to the host’s lack of clarity. Otherwise, a very nice flat with everything we needed – washing machine, dishwasher, two balconies – and it was very tidy and clean. Quiet area outside the city centre.

Nice stay with a LIDL supermarket around the corner. By public transport you will be downtown in no time. The apartment was clean and tidy, as in the photos. Great bed, shower and other amenities. Really a nice quiet place just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The cutlery could have been a bit cleaner, but we washed it ourselves. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay!
