First, I'll start with the positives. Our communication with the person in charge was good, as they responded immediately. The house is in a convenient location. It's 20 minutes from the Duomo by metro and it's also convenient for night-time services. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and in the rest of the space, so the house was cool! However, there were also some key drawbacks. The house was relatively clean. However, there is a rug in the living room which is quite dirty. It's better if it comes out. Also, some of our towels had stains. The apartment had very specific things, the absolute basics. That is, we wanted a second pillow and there wasn't one, or we wanted to wash the dishes and there was no detergent, so we had to buy it. In addition, the fact that there was not a single bedside table in the bedroom was inconvenient. But the most important thing is the lack of soundproofing. You can hear everything! The problem is that they are doing works in the apartment building, so every morning at 8 o'clock the noise starts and continues until noon!!

I had a wonderful stay and was very happy with everything. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and easy to access. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, making it a great place to relax. The host was friendly, helpful, and always responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay here again.

We appreciate the host regarding early check-in. The appartement was nice. Howver wifi doesn't work and the provided sheets were dirty and the neighbors were a little noisy.

Overall, we had a good stay and felt the apartment offered good value for money. It was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed provided. The location was convenient, with a metro station about a 5-minute walk away. There are a few areas for improvement. The walls are quite thin, so noise from neighbors was very noticeable, and there was loud construction noise from the apartment above us early in the mornings. We also had some issues with the self check-in system. Initially, we only had access via a web link for the main door, which did not always work—once leaving us unable to enter late at night in the rain. A physical key from the start would have been more reliable. Additionally, the apartment door (PIN system) was sometimes difficult to open. Overall, aside from these points, we were satisfied with our stay.

TERRIBLE Check-in at 8pm. They send links for remote access to the front door and the smart flat lock. It’s a pity that it wasn’t possible to open the front door remotely. I message support (which is available until 10 pm – thankfully it was 8 pm) and they send me a video of a key box to open in order to find the front door key. I open the key box and find a loose key that isn’t even a perfect duplicate. I open the door, handling it a bit. I am told that the listing specified that there was no Wi-Fi. Guest Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi for apps to manage the home remotely are two separate things.... I arrived at the front door, and I was left holding the smart lock, which had not been secured from the inside. In the end, I manage to get in. I find a coat in the hall, and the house has a dusty floor and has been cleaned only superficially. Check-out is at 11:00. I can’t close the smart lock because they’ve changed the access code. Terrible experience.

there is no Wifi at the appartment and you need your own mobile data to get inside. if you have no battery you can not get in the house. it is very complicated especially for older people

Very good stay. Not far from the TURRO metro station. I will definitely be back. Despite the difficulty of opening the lock, which was complicated to understand, the hosts were responsive to our questions and the instructions were clear from start to finish. I can add that there is a lack of soundproofing (thin walls) but that is not disturbing during the stay. See you soon Thanks

On the whole, the accommodation is fine for a short stay in Milan. The apartment is 5 minutes from the nearest metro station, which was extremely important for us to get everywhere. In the apartment, everything you need is in stock, but there is no Wi-Fi. In addition, the walls are extremely thin, so if you have a sensitive sleep, you should refrain from it. Communication with the host was very easy, friendly and accommodating.

The Turro apartment has a pleasant location and amenities. Unfortunately, it was very noisy, especially from 5 a.m. onwards. There was constant banging and crashing, and during the night we even thought there might be a break-in. The SmartLock on the front door did not work, and the instructions to use a hidden key were unclear. While the team was always reachable for questions, they were somewhat unfriendly. It was noticeable that the hosts did not put in as much effort as others: coffee was available but empty, no dish towel for drying, dishes not completely clean, and an old sponge.

Very good value for money, good communication by metro, and there is also a 24-hour carrefour next door. In general, the place meets expectations, it has pots, cutlery, plates and even a toaster, which is a plus. If I had to go back to Milan, I'd definitely go back. The only thing I see as negative is the location is a bit far from the centre.

Well located accommodation, easily accessible, very well equipped and very comfortable. I had some difficulties at the entrance (shower hose and kettle) and the hotline was very responsive in solving them. Two suggested improvements: provide a corkscrew and a bottle opener, as well as the key to access the waste disposal area. Finally, I encountered two difficulties that persisted throughout the stay: no internet and a washing machine out of service, which is a shame. I was properly paid for this. To prevent this from happening again, it would be good to have checks carried out at the end of each outing. Given all this, I give it 4 stars overall.

The wifi did not work at all so we had no wifi at all, which seems to be a problem since a few weeks regarding other comments. While they first responded quickly they did not try to fix the problem at all. At some point I requested a partial refund if they can’t fix it which they agreed to however when I asked how much they couldn’t tell me and just ghosted me in the end. We left earlier then planned. The location was not great, no people and most restaurants were closed. The metro was close tho so it was fairly easy to get around, however places like Navigli do take a while to reach.

The space matches the photos👌🏼. The location is great, as it's very close to the metro (a 5-minute walk) 👣Ⓜ️. There's no large supermarket nearby, but there is a Carrefour nearby that's open 24/7 🛒🏪. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed linens, which had hair and blood stains 🤢. The internet wasn't working, and there was no solution, which caused some inconvenience 🛜. We were also unable to open the building's door using our cell phone, as we were told, but rather using some keys, which made it somewhat difficult to open the door 🔑🚪. We were also told that we had everything we needed to wash the dishes, but there was no sponge, so we need to bought one 🧽. Furthermore, there were 2 of us and there were only 2 plates, and there was no bowl of any kind to help us with our meals 🍽️. At least the air conditioning was working! 😆🙏🏼

Too bad the WiFi did not work during our stay on a weekend in July 2025. This also prevented us from unlocking the front door of the building with the provided link. For the rest the place was clean and well organised, with air conditioning and well equipped bathroom, functional kitchenette.

Everything looked like the pictures but the facilities didn't work. The Internet did not work and there was no help to fix it. We were told there was nothing to do about it. This meant that the TV was also not usable. The shower hose was also broken, so when we were going to shower, water sprayed all over the bathroom. It took them two days to come and help with it. And it was after a lot of back and forth. The washing machine didn't work either because the door wouldn't close and I just found out that it was like that. We also asked for more toilet paper but were told that there was no more to get. Fortunately, the air conditioning worked for the heat. Got a small refund for it.

The apartment is in a very convenient area for public transport, very clean and corresponding to the description. Having to stay only one night for work, it was a perfect solution. Let's say that having to stay a few more days, maybe a few additional items (Scottex, some dishcloths) could have been useful, but I'm just saying this as a tip because the other positive side is that the host was extremely responsive to our needs and I have no doubt that he would have acted quickly if necessary.

Beautiful apartment, I'd stay there again if I go back to Milan. The only thing that could be improved (in my opinion) is to leave shower gel and hand soap separately, otherwise everything is very good!

The place was nice and clean and the location is fine, close to the subway with easy connection. The problem we are in this apartment is that the power of electricity they have contracted is so low that if you turn on several appliances or lights at the same time, the leads jump. As a result, we could not use the water heater, because it required too much power, so we couldn't shower in hot water from the start. We contacted on many occasions with customer service and they did not fix the problem in the 3 days we were there, we requested a refund, at least half of the amount and they only gave us back 44€ of 300€. I would not return.

The accommodation is very well located and the neighborhood is really good with shops nearby and a good ice cream parlour. Only 5 minutes from the metro stop, the stop is both well served by metro and bus. Honestly great place, we're already thinking about going back.

Amazing small one bed apartment in Turro neighborhood. It is very close to metro line 1, which connects you to the city in just a fire minutes. I would really recommend it, the apartment was very clean and tidy.

Nice location with a close access to the metro station. The apartment is clean and contains the basic stuff you need for few days of staying in Milan. The communication with the host was smooth. The value of the apartment is slightly overpriced, but overall experience was nice.

The space is modernly decorated and has sufficient amenities! Functionally, almost everything you need for a short stay is available! Only ... there was no wine opener, which surprised me, but had with me from home as a precaution! Any issues such as a broken shower hose or loose toilet seat were resolved in a timely manner. However, if you need a parking space, you have a problem here! You would have to park on the street in a blue zone. However, I didn't find a parking machine there! Or you can rent, also not cheaply, in a parking garage in the area, which I decided to do! The public transport connection, on the other hand, is very good and also cheap to get to the sights!

Airbnb not too far from Metro M1 , easy to find I recommend 100% if you are in transport. A cafeteria 2 min from the apartment, peaceful area ( pity there was no coffee machine). Very attentive hosts.

Had a nice stay in this apartment, it’s just outside the main area in Milan but it’s a 5 minute walk to the metro so it’s easy to get there. However, we had to wait outside for 45 minutes with our bags as we were not allowed to check in earlier than 3pm, which is fair enough as it was the time given. When we finally got inside the bed hadn’t been made, there were no towels or toilet roll, so the place hadn’t been properly cleaned or sorted before we arrived. We informed ‘Cleanbnb’ and the cleaners arrived about 10 minutes later and sorted it out, we waited on the sofa for another 30-40 minutes. This did cause us some inconvenience as when you are told to not enter until a specific time you’d assume it would be clean and ready for use. However, the apartment was nice besides this and we managed to get the cleaning fee we paid back via Airbnb so no real issue.
