Nice 55sqm apartment located on the basement floor of a building without a lift (steps to access it) and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The accommodation is located a short distance from Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, in an area well served by public transport and much appreciated for the possibility of staying in a quiet area of ​​Milan despite being in the historic centre!
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.
The space
The apartment is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed opening in 2 single beds, dining table, wardrobe and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, ceiling heating, split air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), clothesline, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and towels included.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Loved this place! Very homey and nice location for groceries, food and central station.

The apartment was clean and cozy and within walkable distance from the central station. However, I was charged extra due to later check-in, because my flight got delayed which in fact was not my fault. Moreover I did not find a bin in the kitchen and there was no blanket left in the bedroom which I had to find myself in the wardrobes. The linen that I found was washed but still had stains on it.
