The accommodation is located in the city center, near Porta Ticinese and Navigli, nightlife area, as well as many clubs and restaurants. The Duomo and other major attractions are easily accessible both by public transport and on foot. Porta Genova is about 1km across the Darsena Naviglio Grande and Pavese
The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds (one removable), desk with chair, wardrobe;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table and chairs, TV, split A/C, balcony;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, small electric oven, coffee machine and moka, kettle;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and wc;
- BALCONY in the living room.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, central heating, air conditioning (1 split A/ C in the living room), iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, hairdryer.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
