Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The overall experience was good, the apartment is well located with the metro station within walking distance and the place was clean and comfortable. Nevertheless our experience was shadowed by two not-so-pleasant events: - The access to the building is complicated, we never got to open the main door with their online system. We were able to get in thanks to someone that walked in and opened the doors. After exchanging a few messages and videos with the host they sent us instructions to pick up the keys down the street in a lock pad. One would think that after so many reviews complaining about this it would be solved, but it was not the case. - We had an issue with a monoxide leak detector that alerted us of a gas leak coming from the water boiler, the host sent a technician to do the repairs but the problem remained until our checkout, we are not aware if the problem was taken care of or not. In both situations the hosts were very responsive, so at least there’s that.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
