The closest metro is "Dateo M4" which is only 650m walk from the property and allows you to reach almost all corners of Milan in a short time: for example from "Dateo M4" you can reach the center (San Babila) in just 2 stops and Linate Airport in just 5 stops.
The accommodation has an indoor swimming pool, gym and SPA open from 6am to midnight SHARED with the other condominiums.

Brilliant apartment, clean and well kept. Nico was really responsive which helped a lot. Lovely apartment with a pool and sauna (bring a swimming cap we missed the rule before arriving unfortunately). One downside was the loud bed but didn’t affect our stay we still had a great time! Thank you again!

Very modern residential complex with entrance area in a quiet but well-connected location. The view of the green balconies next door and the complex were very nice for the city. The apartment was well air-conditioned, had a large kitchen and blackout blinds. The sofa/bed squeaked a bit and the mattress could be replaced, but otherwise everything was great. The pool/sauna/fitness area was great and very clean.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
