Located on the first floor of a building with elevator in the Washington district, one of the most elegant residential areas of Milan, it offers comfort and allows you to move easily throughout the city.

- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with double sofa bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating with boiler, split air conditioning (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Possibility of paid parking on blue lines under the house.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
