The apartment, a welcoming residence of approximately 70 square meters, is ideal for hosting up to 4 people. Located on the first floor of a building with elevator in the Washington district, one of the most elegant residential areas of Milan, it offers comfort and allows you to move easily throughout the city.
- LIVING ROOM with open kitchen (gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), sofa, armchair, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with double sofa bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating with boiler, split air conditioning (in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Possibility of paid parking on blue lines under the house.

Very good accommodation, it has an elevator and check-in is automatic and easy, which makes the experience much faster, they responded quickly every time I spoke with them, so I recommend the place :) the area has restaurants and bars nearby so it is also recommended!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
