The property is just a 17-minute walk from the Politecnico di Milano - Bovisa University Campus. A neighborhood very popular with young people and students during the day, in the evening it is quieter and with many Italian and ethnic restaurants and pizzerias.
Covered garage, number 425, included on site (suitable for utility cars).

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and toaster;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, TV, split A/C and access to the mezzanine;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, underfloor central heating with thermostat in the house, air conditioning (one split in the bedroom and one split in the living room), hair dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board, garage.
