The property is located in the Porta Romana district, full of all services and well connected by public transport. Nearby are the bus and tram stops n.16, with which you can easily reach the city center.
The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including a balcony, air conditioning and WIFI.
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (nozzle in the living room and in the bedroom), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
