- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split heating, split air conditioning (in the living area and in the sleeping area), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The apartment overall was good but I had a terrible experience! I had a late check-in; 23:30. When I entered the apartment, I found that there was no electricity. It was too late at night and even though I wrote to them, there was no response (this is a team-managed apartment and they answered only from 09:00 - 22:00). It was very late, I was tired and it was too cold. Fortunately, the Airbnb Customer Support suggested I should look for a hotel which they reimbursed. It was the middle of the night and I was lucky enough to find a hotel with only one last room available. Tomorrow morning, the apartment team answered with a video showing the main building’s main electrical panel. They didn’t even say sorry. I went back to the apartment and followed the video’s instructions but without any success. The panel was up but still no electricity. They told me to wait because the owner was not responding. After a couple of hours (I had to write to them multiple times for updates) they fixed it.

The accommodation is in a great location, with a metro station within walking distance and several nice neighborhoods nearby. When we arrived, it was quite cold, and the only heating available was the air conditioning unit. Although it did warm up eventually, it wasn’t as comfortable as a traditional heater. There was a washing machine provided, but no laundry detergent, which would have been convenient. Additionally, the link to open the door didn’t always work, though the access code worked fine as an alternative. Communication with the host was fast and responsive. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would still recommend this accommodation to others!

When I entered the accommodation I found the house dirty: very stuffy air (hard to breathe), dust everywhere, mold on the walls, doors, blinds, etc. We had to clean: we swept, mopped, we had to buy new cleaning products (the host did not provide anything useful), we dusted and washed the dishes. The accommodation seemed to have not been inhabited or cleaned for days, although we had to wait until 3 pm for check-in, not being able to leave our luggage there at least. The room felt warm only after a day and a half of having the air conditioning on. Also, the smell of musty air in the house and mold passed only after 2 days of accommodation, plus open window at each exit from the apartment. On the other hand, the accommodation is in a very good area, it looks like in the pictures, modernly decorated. We paid too much for what we were offered. I do not recommend this accommodation. The host's priority does not seem to be the customer's comfort, but to cut corners to get money!

Stayed 4 nights around Christmas with a friend. The location was perfect and really fantastic for this price! There were a few minor flaws, but nothing serious. The apartment might not have been to everyone's cleaning standards, but for this price it was a gem! Enjoy the holiday!
