The host is very good. Helped us and took care of it. The apartment matches the photos. The view is amazing. But the city is a bit boring. I didn't like the restaurants. But the place is good and the host is even better

We stayed at Christophe's place for 8 days with our two children (aged 9 and 5) and thought it was great. Despite being an hours transfer from Alicante, we really like Calp(e) and it's a perfect for a family break. The apartment is directly across from the beach with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores near by. The apartment itself is well proportioned, equipped and maintained so we had no issues whilst we were there. We're certainly going to book again.

This apartment is a one of a kind: when having breakfast one can think they're travelling on a cruise ship - that is the view of the sea from the balcony that propels such a feeling. The location is great - lot's of restaurants around, the sea is at your door and as if the promenade is laid from your house to the left and right :) There's not much noise that reach the apartment, just that of the waves. The apt has been renovated, the furniture renewed. The host is very responsive and always eager to help. Maybe the check-in process is not very convenient, because at first you have to go to their office to get the keys and then proceed to the apartment. But that becomes not such a problem when you realise where you're at - a gem in the heart of Costa Blanca - Calpe. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who looks for a memorable vacation in Cost Brava!

Terms and Conditions
On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
