Good location, well connected to the city by different transport. Dario was very kind, the guy who gave us the keys was also very nice. There was no TV in the apartment. In another room there was another duvet that was dirty with stains. The apartment is very modern and cozy, the entrance is somewhat older but in good condition. You can hardly hear any noise from the neighbours, the lift is old but useful. In general, I recommend it for a few days

The location is good, in a quiet area and with a bus stop very close, which is practical for getting around. However, the accommodation did not match the photos in the ad. It was dirty and had several defects that should be checked. Overall, the experience was not as expected, although the area is the best part of the accommodation.

The place was amazing, everything was close to the apartment, many restaurants, ice cream shop, pharmacy and supermarkets. I did not need to rent a vehicle because it is very close to the center of Milan, easy public transport, all the neighbors very friendly. I would go again without hesitation. Thank you very much for everything. We loved it 100%.

The accommodation is very expensive for what it was, the mattress was broken, you could feel the springs a lot, the bathroom shower door was broken and water came out, there was a washing machine but they never gave me the keys to use it.

If you like the simplicity of the Airbnb platform: avoid this property. You are forced to register on another site with a lot of personal information + forced to communicate outside the platform, which is not at all practical with several travellers. The owner is completely unavailable and your only contact will be a member of an agency that doesn't even have access to Airbnb. The accommodation that looks new in photos is not. The bedding is of poor quality. There is no sofa. The bathroom is dirty, the walls are not white as in the photos which are visibly retouched and the shower is mouldy in many places. Finally, a foul smell prevails in the accommodation without being able to get rid of it even by airing it. The only correct point is the price, which for Milan is cheaper than the average, but in our opinion this does not allow us to offer accommodation with mould and other problems. TO BE avoided.

Well located accommodation, close to public transport, with air conditioning and a lift, which is great in summer. On the other hand, the bedding lacks comfort, the shower is very narrow, and a supplement is requested for a late arrival, which is a little disappointing.

Good value for money, the apartment is not quite new, a lot of things are broken (TV, toilet lid, chairs), relatively central with a bus in front of the door, a little too far out for a short trip and very, very noisy. Communication/key handover only via another company "clean bnb", who arrived 30 minutes late for the handover

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, kind, and flexible with check-in, which we really appreciated. I spent 2 nights in this apartment during a short stay in Milan. The area is very comfortable, well-served and quiet, perfect for getting around the city easily. The apartment is ideal for short stays: well organized and functional, even if a little small. The building, including stairs and elevator, is not in optimal condition, but overall the experience was positive.

It is relatively large and functional however it does not smell very good, the shower is very unpleasant (the water goes from hot to cold at once) and there was no dishwasher. Dario, nice host! Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty ( after cleaning ) on arrival. The floor was dirty and we mopped ourselves. Black came off! Also, the apartment is in need of maintenance. Broken bar stools, blood on linens and holes in linens. The bathroom is also in need of maintenance.

We had a pleasant time at the property. The place was easy to reach, is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. In itself, the accommodation is small but you have everything you need. The connections are good and you can also walk to the city in half an hour. There are a lot of restaurants and also supermarkets close by. We had a great time.

We had a nice stay at the accommodation, easily accessible by transport from the airport. The place was tidy, convenient with good internet access. Only small notes: the boiler that made a lot of noise (but we still managed to sleep), a pot could be added And even if we didn't really need it but we couldn't use the TV (lack of batteries) Overall we had a nice stay and we had no problem getting around the city center thanks to the many transport close to the apartment.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is exactly as described. Good size, very clean, heating worked well (accordingly there was also hot water), quiet environment, good location (not in the turbulent center, about 15 min away by S-Bahn). The check-in worked great, as did the communication. The only small point of criticism: the boiler regularly started up briefly during the night. But overall I was very satisfied! Thank you!

I had rented this apartment for my aunt who is 75 years old, the air conditioner didn't work in 35 degrees of Milan. and the host didn't answer the phone and messages. The house was so hot and noisy that it was not habitable at all, that's why my aunt went to another place on the first night. And on the second night, when I asked the host to bring at least one fan, he brought the fan, But this time the elevator was not working, and my aunt, who is disabled, could not reach the third floor by stairs. Therefore, he could not stay in the apartment for the second night! Apart from the fact that I sent about 10 messages to the host for every task, including checkin, to answer me!

The host was very kind and helpful, punctual when checking in. Unfortunately, the apartment is poorly cared for and not very clean, I also found extensive mold stains on the walls in the bathroom. The condominium is also quite unseemly. The elevator stopped working after the first day causing inconvenience being on the 5th floor.

The experience was good, especially since it was just a weekend. The structure is a bit overlooked, especially in the decor a little too aged. The only real issue we saw was the shower, given the difficulty in finding the right balance between hot or cold water and broken shower. As for the area, it is not very central, but it is a quiet area, with easy access to transport and if you need it, there are supermarkets, bars, pizzerias. With everything in mind, the price is more than fair, except for the poor maintenance.

The location is excellent, close to many mains of transport. I would say that the biggest drawback is the fact that there is no classic air conditioning, only a portable one that is just not enough for the summer days in Milan.

Serious welcome from the host with the right information. Cute and pleasant apartment, well equipped with essentials for a long weekend. Note to make about the significant noise of the boiler and the pressure of the shower which was not enough with unfortunately a lack of hot water one evening. The location of the apartment is convenient, 2km from Duomo square and cathedral. Small shops on the street to make necessary purchases if needed.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a clean apartment in a nice part of the city. It's close enough to walk to bars restaurants, etc and an easy commute into the heart of Milan via the train which you pickup right outside. The management company who deals with the rental was easy to get in touch with and check in was a breeze. Thank you.

Nothing to say about the location, really ideal (easily reachable on foot or by public transport throughout Milan), safe neighborhood at any time of the day and night, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Great communication with the host, although we didn't meet him in person. Pleasant apartment temperature. It would have all the features to be a 5-star! But there are a number of other things that have already been featured in previous travelers that would have to be resolved within several months. The washing machine (which is not served to us) is still broken, the shower still sends cold and hot water intermittently and the shower latch is still broken, the sofa bed net is still squeaky, the cleaning of the dishes and the stove is not well cared for. So our rating goes down to a 3-star rating.

So I stayed at Dario's apartment the past week. Unfortunately, it wasn't a very good experience. I had to rent an apartment on short notice so was not able to be very picky. There were some issues that stood as being apparent the first night of my stay there; the sofa bed was uncomfortable, there was no heating I could turn on, and no clean duvet for me. The dishes and the cutlery were not properly cleaned for use so I found that a bit worrying. The shower would not hold a consistent temperature and would flip between scorching hot and cold. Made it very annoying to use. Finally - and this was a big point for me - was the construction going on in the neighbours house. I was working this week so it wasn't terrible as I was out for large portions of the day, but the construction started as early as 7 am and I was not informed! It sounded like they were about to drill a hole into the studio. Overall, I would not stay at Dario's again given the price point does not match the poor experience.

The apartment was a little bit smaller than I expected but it was clean and nice. It had all the equipment needed in the kitchen except plates and glasses. A big advantage was the air conditioning, which came in handy during hot days.

Communication with Dario was super good. He was quick to respond to questions, and even if we didn't meet him in person, check-in went smoothly. The apartment is in a really perfect location, not far from the city center and surrounded by bakeries, ice cream shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The building of the apartment is very old, but the apartment itself has been renovated. However, what had bothered me is that the apartment is advertised as a lightning clean. Especially in the bathroom, there was a lack of cleanliness. The toilet was dirty and in the shower there was not only single hair, but entire tufts of hair. The bedroom living room was arranged except for the extremely squeaky bed. In general, I would say that the apartment is in order if, like us, you only spend a few days in Milan and only go there to sleep. :)

Absolutely not recommended, a business trip that turned into a nightmare. The owner did not make sure that the house was heated and the next day I had to wait for the technician from two in the afternoon until 8 pm (he changed the time for me 3 times) Even after fixing the broken heater the house was still very cold and smelly with mold. The washing machine seems to be broken and the kitchen furniture is mismatched (drawers don't close and you're at risk of crushing your fingers)...overall a disaster.

The stay was great. The charming apartment is very clean, the kitchen area is equipped with the essentials for cooking, such as a gas stove. There is a large storage room for all your luggage, clothes, etc. The person who handed us the key told us about the nearby tram and bus stops, which all go to the city centre and are well connected with the rest of the public transit. It's also located next to a great pizzeria if you don't feel like walking far for dinner. Great stay, great value for money, can only recommend.

Overall the apartment is fine - just like the pictures and clean. The host responded to any questions I had in a matter of minutes. The surroundings of the apartment are a bit noisy - nothing that earplugs can’t fix. But the sofabed..let’s not.
