Modern apartment of approximately 44sqm, ideal for 4 people, located on the mezzanine floor of a building without a lift (stairs to access it). The accommodation is located in a residential neighborhood and less than 100 meters from the tram 12 stop which, in about 30 minutes, allows you to directly reach the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. From the apartment you can easily reach Corso Sempione, the hub of Milan's nightlife and the "Domodossola-Fiera" FN station!
The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, desk and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, split air conditioning (only in the living room), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

The apartment is close to public transport, but my stay was disappointing. Upon arrival, I found dust, crumbs, stained towels and linens, and only one (dirty) towel in the bathroom. Although the host responded quickly, the place should have been properly cleaned before check-in. The AC didn’t work; after hours waiting for a technician, it remained broken. The host sent a cheap, unassembled fan that barely helped. Other issues included insects, no kitchen basics (towel, soap, sponge), little storage for trash, and a faulty building intercom. While Airbnb support was helpful, the overall stay was uncomfortable and time-consuming. I would not recommend this place unless you don’t mind cleaning, assembling things, or waiting for repairs during your trip.
