Modern apartment of approximately 44sqm, ideal for 4 people, located on the mezzanine floor of a building without a lift (stairs to access it). The accommodation is located in a residential neighborhood and less than 100 meters from the tram 12 stop which, in about 30 minutes, allows you to directly reach the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. From the apartment you can easily reach Corso Sempione, the hub of Milan's nightlife and the "Domodossola-Fiera" FN station!
The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with open kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM with double bed, desk and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, split air conditioning (only in the living room), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a lovely building with an internal courtyard. It was in excellent condition, the furnishings are new, and there's everything you need. It's not very easy to get in. You have to unlock the doors using the intercom and your mobile phone. I would have preferred a simple access code. You can hear the tram going by. Overall, we had a good stay. For what we paid, we're satisfied.
