Bright and modern studio apartment of 32sqm located on the seventh floor of a building with lift (steps to access it). The apartment is located just 170mt from the "Bande Nere" station, a stop on the Red metro line (M1) which allows you to reach the Duomo and the Sforzesco Castle in less than 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with all the main comforts and is located 270mt from the "Carrefour" supermarket open 24 hours a day, all the main services including bars, pharmacies and clubs.
The internal space is organized as follows:
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, dining table, armchair, wardrobe, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, toilet and washing machine;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with thermovalves, split air conditioning (in the sleeping area), hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

The apartment was excellent, bed comfy, cozy bed linens and big soft towels. My only concern was the upstairs neighbours…dog that sometimes barked and we could hear all their movements. But if you are a sound sleeper, then this won’t bother you! We really liked the location of the apartment, so close to 24 hr grocery store, restaurants and Metro 1. I would definitely stay here again!

In general I am not a very picky person, that said, the location was good for what I was looking for, the apartment was a good size. But then I found surprises like running out of hot water 3 minutes into my shower. The next few times I would lather myself and turn off the water so it wouldn't run out. The radiators stopped working at night. The air conditioning (hot) wouldn't tell you if it was working... and I found long hairs on the mattress under the sheet where I slept and on the floor. Also a lot of dust both under the bed and on the drawer handles and on the TV cabinet. And to top it all off, when I went to get a bowl to make some cereal. The first one was fine. The second one was stained... but the third one had mould. The bathroom blind had no handle. And there was black mould in the shower. The price wasn't bad. But it definitely could have been much cleaner than it was. I hope you take a good look at this.
