The space
The interior space is organized as follows:- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (including induction hob, Moka pot, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clothes stand, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: underfloor heating, air conditioning (one split in the living room and one in the bedroom), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
NOTE: Please be aware of steps to reach the elevator.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from 15 October to 15 April.
In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used.
Respect of the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00.

A little pricey for what’s offered but overall a nice area. Unfortunately the tram line outside was being renovated whilst staying there but a quick 10 minute walk to the connecting line was fine. Comfortable double bed with lots of wardrobe space but only a few hangers. Area was nice and quiet - no noise on the streets at night. Only a few issues - the cutlery/bowls were dirty on arrival and sofa couch shed all over the floor - internet was slow and didn’t connect to tv. Overall a very nice stay (although one could probably find somewhere closer to the centre for the price we paid at the time of our stay).

Overall, it was excellent, but there were also downsides: the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the host didn’t help resolve the issue and simply ignored it. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, there were no proper kitchen towels, and it was quite noisy. Otherwise, everything is almost perfect, except that it takes a long time to get there from the city centre.

Unfortunately, after unloading and arriving at my Airbnb, I had a huge problem getting into the property. The access instructions were very unclear, and contact with the host was only possible until 10:00 p.m. Furthermore, despite writing and calling, I did not receive any assistance. I had to quickly find another hotel for one night, which caused a lot of stress. The next day, when someone finally replied to me, they tried to give me information on how to get to the flat, but it was not helpful. After I sent an email describing the whole situation, the host replied that, in their view, everything had been fine (the main door hadn’t worked for our entire stay) and that they wouldn’t compensate me for that one sleepless night at their property.

Good location next to bus and tram stop; the apartment was clean; sofa must be replaced with new one or reupholstered. No internet and TV, the lack of WiFi was mentioned in the description, but not the lack of television. Landlord was very responsive, but I would suggest making the instructions for the keys and opening of the apartment a bit more clear and simple. Overall we are happy with out stay.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
