The host was very nice and always responded very quickly and kindly. The location is great, you can easily reach all the main sights on foot and directly on the parallel street there is a weekly market that I also found very good. The apartment was very clean, had everything I needed and also coffee, which I found very nice. The dishwasher and washing machine, including tabs, iron, etc., were also great. The only thing I would have liked would have been a full-length mirror, but otherwise everything was great.

Rather ugly apartment. Furnishings and finishes from the eighties (and stratified dust in the contemporary corners). Old and uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Stefano at the reception was kind and helpful. But there are no coffee pods, unless the previous guests leave them. And with a touch of irony, they leave a laundry mess in the washing machine, except the washing machine doesn't have a porthole!

Good location around a 20 minute walk to Duomo Cathedral or 15 mins on the Metro which is just around the corner. Very quiet apartment block. Great cafe just around the corner with nice coffee and breakfast.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Milan. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal for visiting the city. Easy communication with host, always available. We'll be happy to go back!

Unacceptable! We booked for three people and there was only one bed made. We asked to get it done and they told us they would try… we asked them latter and they did not respond. We texted them and called them but did not answer for hours. We were left with no help. We had to leave earlier than expected.

Very nice apartment, only downside was that the heater was turned of when i move in and i had to adjust it on a separate boiler that was not obvius

Communication with the landlord about an earlier check-in was very difficult, was always answered very late with copy and paste and was then ultimately not possible. I find a check-in from 3:00 pm onwards without flexibility to be much too late. The bathroom is very old, the shower is broken (other guests had already written) and also very worn and dirty (disgusting). The location of the apartment is very quiet and good, many restaurants and bars nearby!!!!

I booked the day before arrival. Had selected I wanted to check in at 3pm. The day of arrival the host texted me when I would like to check in. I told him anything was fine since I was in Milan. He told me he could make it by 4, since he had other check-ins to do. I told him either 4 or 4:30 is fine and it would take me 30 minutes to get there. He doesn’t reply for 2hours+. At 4:15 I get a message of him saying “where are u”. I never got any confirmation so I didn’t want to go there already. I told him I could be there in half an hour. Again he doesn’t as answer me for a while. Then he answers me and I told him I could be there at 6:15. He proceeds to be annoyed at me, calls me “bro” and demands I’d be there by 6:10? Like BRO, how’d you expect me to do that. Speed the metro up? I ran a little bit. We arrived. It clearly said in the booking the number was 18. I arrived. The host goes like “where are u bro”? And tells me is actually 19. Very, very bad communication. Also not super clean.

The accommodation is rather well located even if the neighborhood for two women is not the best, a lot of staring but it is not the fault of the hosts. Metro really close by and the Navigli district, which is quite nice, is very walkable. The accommodation is a little smaller than in the photos but matches quite well. The only small problem is the cleaning that was done mainly on the surface, bathroom not very clean with hair in the shower. However, someone came the next day to sort it out. We also had a small insect problem that was fixed the next day so the host is very responsive. A few small details should be reviewed, such as the water in the coffee machine that had not been changed. The walls are quite thin so you have to be careful to respect the quiet hours and there is indeed work in the apartment above but it is not annoying because during the day, at night it is very quiet. I recommend it though.

Very good location just steps from the metro and several restaurants! The apartment doesn't have air conditioning, which is crazy in this weather! There is a work in the apartment above 8-9am they start hammering and working... other than that everything is fine

Good location and clean apartment. The only issue we had is the discrepancy between the description and the actual instructions for check-in. It says check-in time starts at 3PM, but we had to wait for the staff member for almost 40 minutes even though we were coming in the evening. I also feel that there is lack of communication among the staff, as we woke up in the morning to a loud banging on the door, asking us to check out (but we had been told the check out time wasn’t until later on).

The host Michel helped with everything. Even though it was late when I arrived, the communication was very good. The house is very clean, tidy and located in the city center. Everything was new and well-maintained, just like in the photos. The location is very good, 10-15 minutes walk to many places from the center. The old town is also nearby (by funicular or on foot).

The apartment is quite spacious, with a large bathroom and a roomy living area combined with the kitchen. However, I found it strange that there were no coffee capsules provided, even though there is a capsule coffee machine — usually, every apartment has them. I’m not sure if it was just my timing, but it was quite noisy at night with young people partying, and the boiler made some noise while heating the water. The location is close to the city center, but I wouldn't call it very quiet. Special thanks to Youssef, the guy who checked me in — he kindly bought an umbrella for me with his own money as it was raining. I would give it a 4 out of 5. Thank you!
