Comfortable 100sqm flat located on the fourth floor (with lift), equipped with kitchen, living area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. A short walk from Lambrate and Udine stations, it is conveniently located to reach the city centre by public transport. Please note: there are few steps to access the lift.

The apartment measures 100sqm and consists of:

-LIVING AREA with: sofa, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs, access to balcony;
-KITCHETTE with: gas cooker, moka, cooking essentials, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer;
-DOUBLE BEDROOM with: double bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV, desk with chair;
-TWIN BEDROOM with: two single beds, wardrobe, flat screen TV, desk with chair;
-BATHROOM 1 with: WC, shower cubicle, bidet, washbasin;
-BATHROOM 2 with: WC, shower cubicle, washbasin.
OTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited wifi, central heating (with display in the kitchen), A/C throughout the apartment, hoover, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes rack.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.


For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and nicely furnished and decorated. Most importantly, there is a very comfortable, large double bed (and two singles/double in another room not needed), and a very good shower. There are good spaces for eating and relaxing and a well-equipped kitchen. Being on the fourth floor it is quiet and has a pleasant outlook; the elevator is a very valuable facility. There are two balconies both with room to sit out. Nico, a friendly and helpful host met us at the agreed time and showed us the apartment.
