Nino's house is a nice 50 sqm studio for 3 people located on the 3rd floor of a quiet building without lift. It is an extremely quiet accommodation despite being in the heart of Milan and in an enviable position, in the elegant "Risorgimento" district and only 100m from Piazza V Giornate! Stops of trams 12 and 27 and of city buses are just outside the property, as well as many shops, bars and restaurants where you can spend pleasant evenings! San Babila and Duomo can also be reached on foot!

- SLEEPING AREA with double bed with wardrobe;

In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used. Respect for the hours of silence from 22:00 to 08:00. Presence of electric water heater, so you have to wait for it to refill with hot water when it runs out. For check in after 9.30 pm and until 11.00 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required.We are not able to check in after 11.00 pm. The building does NOT have a lift.
