Cozy and bright 70sqm apartment completely renovated and comfortable to accommodate up to 5 people. The accommodation is located in the Baggio district, a stone's throw from the city park of the same name and a short distance from the Cave Park. It is also very close to the San Siro stadium (8 minutes by car) and the Aquatica Park (5 minutes by car). It is also well connected by bus to the Bisceglie stop of the red M1 metro line, which leads directly to Piazza Duomo!
The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with sofa bed, chest of drawers, TV and dining table
- KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, traditional oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, moka and kettle;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM (one step at the entrance) with wc, bidet and shower box
- BALCONY.
Additional services available to guests: Independent heating, unlimited WIFI, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Although the host wants me to give a 5 stars to them, I have to say it’s the worse experience I’ve ever had. They send me the check in instructions but didn’t give me the password of the lockbox. We waited for many hours but nobody give response. So finally we have no choice but to break down the lockbox and get the key so we enter in the apartment. We never get the passcode during our stay

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
