The apartment is located in a low building surrounded by high blocks, so it was not sunny this time of year, but it didn't make much difference for us, because we spent a lot of time on the beach, where the sun was not missing. We loved the beautiful view from the balcony to the coast and a short distance to the beach. The apartment was clean and well-equipped: with things needed to prepare meals, spacious wardrobes, a comfortable bed. A large living room connected to the kitchen turned out to be a good place for children to play.

Super friendly family apartment, great view off the pool, close to harbour on one side with the promenade on the other, never mind just situated below Calpe rock. Apartment was super and as good as the pictures. Also Jose the host is responsive, obliging, and very helpful. Thank you for our wonderful stay, cannot wait to stay also in one of your other 40 rental apartments. Thank you Christophe..

nice appartment great view calp beach and swimming pool residence placed left side rock calpe - it means - MORNING possible only a little bit sunperiod AFTER NOON in our period almost NO direct SUN - only side window sometimes in summer it means ....good cooling place and great view we recommend it and it was new -2022 renovation - and all you needed - take umbrella for the beach with you on holiday

The apartment is very well located, close to the beach and the port. It does not have direct access to the pool, you have to go out to the street and enter through another door to the pool. It only has air conditioning in the living room, in the rooms there are only ceiling fans.

The apartment is an authentic beautiful. As seen in the listing photos. An unbeatable location. Amazing and fantastic views. The stunning terrace and all the brand new real estate. I would repeat a thousand times!!!

Ideal place to spend a few days by the beach , clean, good location , well furnished, new everything, precise views... we were very comfortable and sure we'll be back . Christophe congratulations!

Terms and Conditions

On renting the property, a deposit is established as a guarantee for the proper use of the furniture and fittings, equipment and the use of the entrances to the property. This amount will be paid upon arrival either in cash or as a payment held on your credit card, and will be refunded within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the end of the guest’s stay, as long as no damage has been caused to the property.

Payments: 45% of the full rental amount will be paid within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation. The remaining 55% will be paid 15 days before arrival, or at the time of arrival, prior to the handing over of the keys.
