Apartment matches the description, but experience ruined by the disorganised and rude management of Cleanbnb. Remote check-in was a nightmare: every time it takes 4–5 minutes to open the door. I also sent a video to Cleanbnb. I was told to go and get a key 200 m away, but it only opened the entrance, not the apartment. The bathroom is not perfectly clean, the air conditioner spits out air at room temperature. On the first day, I wrote a harsh message on the opening app. The manager Matteo called me in an aggressive and arrogant way. I apologised sincerely, but he continued in an offensive tone and said: "you do these things yourself, not with us", which I experienced as an unpleasant allusion related to my origins. I haven't felt so belittled since I left Italy. Too bad, the apartment is nice, but as long as it is managed by Cleanbnb, I do not recommend it, especially to those who come from abroad.

Had a lovely stay here! The place was clean and comfortable, with lots of space in the bedroom. Many amenities were provided for our usage. 5 min walk to 2 metro stations made it really convenient to travel around and sightsee. Host was really responsive and gave clear instructions on check in!

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
