Bright and comfortable 50 sqm apartment, for 4 people, located on the fifth floor of a building with lift. The property is located in "Acquabella" district, a stone's throw from Piazzale Susa, in a quiet residential area, which at the same time is equipped with all the main services and well served by public transport (the Dateo railway station is about 10 minutes away on foot).
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom, a small veranda and a bathroom.
The space
The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, kitchenware), dining table, armchair, double sofa bed and access to the small veranda;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and small desk;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- VERANDA with small table and stools.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, air conditioning (splits in the living area and in the bedroom), heating, TV, drying rack, washing machine, dryer, iron, coat hanger and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

In case of non-agreed use of extra linen, € 15 will be charged for each linen kit used.

- For late check-in, the following supplement is required:
* after 9.30 pm and until 11 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

The building does NOT have a lift.

For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

The location was perfect, pleasant surroundings, supermarket and metro very easy to reach. Communication with the landlord was straightforward. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a Nespresso machine, which we were very happy about. There was a lift to the 5th floor. The shower water pressure/heat worked perfectly. You had to wait a bit until it got warm, but it was no problem. The apartment was clean and bright. Perhaps the floor could have been vacuumed a little better, it was a bit dusty. We would fully recommend the apartment.

A very nice, cosy and well located BNB in Milan! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the transparent, friendly and clear communication with Nico, Antonella and the team. Only 2 things bothered us slightly: 1. The floor in the flat was quite dusty - it seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned prior to our stay. 2. We felt that the late check-in fee from 21:30 onward seemed a bit unnecessary, especially considering the overall cost of the stay — particularly as 21:30 (or even 22:00) is not typically regarded as a late arrival time. Otherwise - we would definitely recommend this BNB to anyone coming to town!

Accommodation in itself nice, poorly maintained, no maintenance. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the sheets were dirty with makeup, there wasn't even a bottle of water, not even a coffee pod, the agency employee, when I asked for clarification, replied: there is a supermarket, go and buy it tonight. The same evening I discovered that there was no hot water in the apartment, the water pressure was totally zero, a trickle of lukewarm cold water barely came out. The agency that does not show any interest in my problem, in fact, it was not resolved for the entire duration of my stay, I also wrote in the chat hoping that the owner reading could intervene but it was not so. Not to mention the hygiene, there were balls of dust in the inlets of the radiators, dust under the bed and on top of the tall furniture, cobwebs in the corner of the entrance door, not to mention the bathroom, full of limestone in the shower and mould on the window sill with pubic hair

APARTMENT RULES: English & Italiano When out of town, I choose the Sweetguest team to manage my house. A person of the team will friendly receive you at your arrival and inform you about the house and the city. The team will be available for you during all stay. Important note: For check in after 9.30 pm and until 11.00 pm a supplement of 25 euros is required. We are unable to check in after 11pm. - If you are two guests and you would like to use two separate beds, please advise in advance and an additional set of bed linens will be provided. Please accept the following friendly rules, especially made for you and for all other people willing to pass by: - flat must be left in order; - no smoking allowed inside; - noises on stairs, and in other common areas, have to be avoided; - all lights must be put off when leaving; - parties and other events are not allowed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- For when I'm not in Milan, I chose the Sweetguest team to manage the apartment. A trusted person will meet you to give you the keys and all the information you will need. The team will remain at your disposal in case of need throughout your stay.
