Cozy apartment of 70 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building about 4 minutes walk from Milan-Dateo station. The location is great and strategic! Ideal as a starting point to visit the beauty of the city. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including WIFI and air conditioning, which will help make your stay in Milan unforgettable.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning (a single fan coil hot/ cold air for the whole environment), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, desk, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is on two levels - there are internal stairs. Please pay attention if traveling with children.

The bedroom has NO door.
Hot water is supplied by boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.

The place was very home-like. It felt like the perfect holiday home. There were many amenities which improved our stay and made the experience hassle free. We encountered a problem with the shower which was fixed on the same day. The location provided great transport links into the city no matter what time of day or night it was whist giving us an experience closer to an authentic living situation in Milan.
