Cozy 45sqm apartment located on the third floor WITHOUT elevator of a typical Milanese house with railings. The property is located in a strategic area, a few minutes walk from the “Gerusalemme” and “Domodossola” metro stops (line M5 - Lilac) and from City Life, the largest pedestrian area in Milan. 250m from the house there is "il Gattopardo", a well-known trendy spot in the Milanese nightlife, as well as ice cream parlors, bars and restaurants!
Possibility of parking on the street for a fee.
There are all the main comforts including 2 split AC (in the bedroom and living room), unlimited pocket- WIFI, heating, washing machine.
The living area has a kitchenette with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, TV.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and access to the balcony
The toilet is equipped with a bidet and a bathtub.
ATTENTION: there is a construction site in the building opposite with the possibility of noise from 7.30 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
