Elegant apartment of about 100 sqm just 5 minutes walk from the NABA Academy. The accommodation is located on the sixth floor of a building with a lift and can host up to 4 people.
The apartment is located in the Navigli district, along the Naviglio Pavese. The area offers all the essential services, such as restaurants, bars, pharmacies and groceries.
The property consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and three balconies.
- BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony I;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds,
wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony II;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, coffee tables, split A/C and access to the balcony I;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, moka, electric kettle, kitchenware, wine glasses, dining table with chairs, split A/C and access to the balcony III;
- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet, WC and washing machine;
- BALCONY I (access from bedroom I and living room)
- BALCONY II (access from bedroom II);
- BALCONY III (access from the kitchen).
