The approximately 25sqm apartment number 207 is located on the second floor with lift of an elegant Milanese building with concierge, has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:
- LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge. Private balcony facing Corso Magenta.
Bathroom with bidet and small shower box.

The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them

Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building.
Outside on the street there are tram stops # 16 and # 19: the closest stop is Corso Magenta / Viale Nirone at 20 meters.
If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car.

Neat apartment close to city center and a 10 minute walk from the metro station that links with Linate airport Friendly staff and easy check-in and also easy entries around the clock. Not much noise cancellation (as noted by the host), which can be challenging for people who rely on silence for sleeping. Warm recommendations!

The apartment is in a 5* location - nearby metro Cardona and respective train station, walk to Duomo Milano takes just 20 minutes. But tram line and car road is just under the window and extremely noisy over half of night and morning. Had to take sleeping medication to manage to sleep in. A good sound proof glass is highly recommend. Also, moscitoes bit me all night in September, and painted walls over a bed had lots of dead insects marks. The rest was more or less fine, I enjoyed this high ceiling apartment, basic kitchen staff and numerous light switches and sockets. Okay for 1 person, could be better price-wise but not space-wise for 2 persons. Would recommend to my friends for their next visit to Milan, mainly due to the location.
