Neat apartment close to city center and a 10 minute walk from the metro station that links with Linate airport Friendly staff and easy check-in and also easy entries around the clock. Not much noise cancellation (as noted by the host), which can be challenging for people who rely on silence for sleeping. Warm recommendations!

No tea, coffee or water provided. Could not give more than one pillow. Had to chase the body for check in instructions and no greeting etc. could not store luggage before or after stay. Not very homely and the curtains were ripped and stained.

Close to the subway and city centre. Close to a large, pleasant park if you want to run or walk. There are trams and traffic outside that are very loud, so if you are sensitive to noise this is not for you. Clean and fresh apartment with elevator.

The apartment is in a 5* location - nearby metro Cardona and respective train station, walk to Duomo Milano takes just 20 minutes. But tram line and car road is just under the window and extremely noisy over half of night and morning. Had to take sleeping medication to manage to sleep in. A good sound proof glass is highly recommend. Also, moscitoes bit me all night in September, and painted walls over a bed had lots of dead insects marks. The rest was more or less fine, I enjoyed this high ceiling apartment, basic kitchen staff and numerous light switches and sockets. Okay for 1 person, could be better price-wise but not space-wise for 2 persons. Would recommend to my friends for their next visit to Milan, mainly due to the location.

We stayed here for a short trip to Milan. The apartment is in a fantastic location — very central and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. That said, the space didn’t quite match the photos. The bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower (mould/mildew), and the bedding was very minimal (just a sheet, no comforter). Also, the upstairs ceiling is quite low, so taller guests may find it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the location was the highlight, but a few updates and a bit more attention to cleanliness would make the stay much more comfortable.

Apartment is great, has all amenities needed for a city break. Bed is comfy, apartment is spacious for 2 people and the balcony is lovely. Can’t fault the location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. One issue I had was that the host is extremely unresponsive, average reply time was up to 24 hours. Check-in information wasn’t provided until the morning of, which I personally found quite stressful. You’re asked to contact a separate person via text who was also not responsive. The receptionist was very kind and friendly, giving me a full tour once I arrived. It’s a shame as other than this I can’t fault the apartment and think it’s a great place to stay.

This place is in a fantastic location and highly walkable. However, it's right next to the tram and a busy road, making it quite noisy at all hours. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear neighbors easily. Additionally, the space tends to collect a lot of dust, but there are no cleaning supplies of any kind provided to address it. The washer and dryer require an app for payment, which is not user-friendly—I ended up losing money without receiving a refund. Communication with the host was slow, and while my issues did eventually get resolved, they were not particularly friendly.

Great location but expect the place to be the minimum of what is required. I think the photos make it look bigger than how it actually is. The really disappointing part is how bad communication with the host or hosts was. They take five to seven hours to respond and sometimes days to respond. They don't read messages you send them on Airbnb and direct you to communicate with someone outside Airbnb app. The person is nice and helpful but it takes a long time for them to respond. For example, I had to ask 4 times for check-in instructions before I received them. I got them really at the last minute before I went to the airport to fly to Milan. It can be stressful especially since we were going to check-in at night, not knowing how the check-in will go. Wifi was also spotty and unreliable. Planning to go back to Milan but won't book this place again.

The accommodation is very well located, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the center! Really, there is everything nearby and it's great if you don't want to spend the day in transportation to get to the main places of sightseeing. The only downside is that the towels were stained. And another small downside that is sometimes difficult to fight against, we had ants in the bathroom . These details didn't spoil the stay at all, but it's important to clarify! The host was very welcoming, responsive, understanding about the arrival time (because we arrived very late), it's very appreciated. Thank You ✨

Appartment is as described on 2 levels with lift entry to the second floor - agent met us outside she did keep us waiting 30 mins which wasn’t ideal as we had already asked for an earlier check and had to wait around for downtime to freshen up and drop bags off . Good location just outside of town Only criticism the ups stairs sleeping area gets very very hot !! We needed a fan can’t leave large windows open as it’s a really noisy street !! We tried that and couldn’t sleep Only critiscm air conditioning hard to control - bin broke in bathroom - shower is very small ! Curtains has some rips in and there was wood damage to indoor shutters with sharp edges needs looking at - some Chairs on balcony would have been an added bonus - all in a good stay

The location is great, the apartment although small, has a good space. The quality of the items, such as sofa, pillows and kitchen items, could be better. The sofa is not comfortable. It lacks a bit of attention to detail to offer a more enjoyable experience for guests. An important point for those who are bothered by noise, would be to inform that on the street there is a setting of tranvía in front and the noise may disturb. The bed is comfortable with good linen and good towels. Missing wine glasses and wine opener as well. Flexible check in and very good company attention.

Great place! Clean, tidy and beautiful. The balcony is gorgeous and has a beautiful view. The apartment is local (walking distance) to the city centre and metro! There are great restaurants that are in close proximity to the apartment. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment!

The location is absolutely excellent. It is a 5 min walk from Cadorna train station, 15 mins to the Duomo and within 30 mins walking distance to everything else. However, many things disappointed us and made us feel deceived. First, there was lack of communication and check in instructions until just a few hours before. We waited out on the street with all of our luggage for about 15 mins for some “staff member” to come get us. Second was the laundry. It required us to download an app that did not show up on the AppStore. We were counting on this service and were not able to use it at all and the host was dismissive and very unhelpful. Third was the condition of the apartment. Shower is in serious need of new caulking and is VERY small. WIFI is extremely slow! It was so loud and bright at night that we barely got any sleep and there was no privacy due to thin curtains. Overall, it was not worth it for us and for a few extra $/night, could have gotten a better experience and stay.

I wish I could give a 4.5 or 4.75 for this Airbnb. The host was so accommodating when I changed my arrival time several times. The location is excellent. I was impressed with how clean and tidy it was. The only thing was it was a little noisy at night with the trolley going by. It has the BEST gelatto place across the street! I look forward to going back and would stay there again.

The location was nice and convenient for walking and exploring the city. With that said, the place was not as described and was very deceiving considering their host name is Cleanbnb. The bathroom was disgusting with stains all over the shower which made you feel dirtier than when you went in for your shower. There was dust all over the floors and multiple bugs found. The check in process was inconvenient. When contacting the host, I was given the name of a different person to contact through What’s app and an email address that didn’t work. On top of that, we asked several times to check in early and were told to check in exactly at 3 pm. We understood if early check in was not feasible but it would’ve been nice if they could’ve communicated with us that there was a luggage storage place 30 ft away from the Airbnb so that we didn’t have to waste our time waiting around. Overall, I say spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

We had a great stay in Milan. The apartment is in an awesome location, right across from the best gelato place, down the street from a delicious bakery, and only a 7 ish minute walk to the metro station. Also right by Da Vinci's vineyard and Santa Maria delle Grazie basilica. Room was pretty loud because we were right above the street. Worth it though because of the easy access to the city.

Perfect location to Milan’s main tourist attractions. 3 minute walk from the Metro which had easy links to the M1 for the Duomo and the M2 for Central station. Brilliant bistro across the road also. Would definitely stay here again

Very good location and spacious apartment. Great location. A/C is great. Bathroom is very inconvinient and has nowhere to hang towels or even put your soap anywhere. Also some of the pieces of the shower were falling apart.

The check-in process was made incredibly easy with the online portal. Our host was incredibly responsive the entire stay both during check-in as well as to answering questions during our stay. It is in a good location - you could either walk 15 minutes to many popular locations, or you could walk 5 minutes to the metro station and access pretty much anywhere you would want to go. The place itself had air conditioning which was great after long hot days exploring Milan as well as a smart TV which you could use to log into your Netflix, Hulu, etc. The only issue we had was that it was on a VERY busy street and the constant honking and loud noise would often wake us up much earlier than we had planned to be awake.
