The only negative things about the space are the sofa is in poor condition and even a little disgusting to see with the amount of stains on it, then the cleanliness of the floor that could be much better and finally the bed linen that for this time of year could have something more so that you do not get cold at night. Otherwise everything is ok as seen in the photos, the green metro line is about 8 minutes away from the place which makes a trip to the center very easy, one of the great advantages is the fact that there is parking inside the garage for those who go by car. They were always helpful and answered my questions. I didn't dislike it, but I think there are small things to review.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
