Super convenient and comfortable house. Underfloor heating, large living room and lots of natural light. Beautiful view, quiet area but a bit far from public transport. The only flaw: the opening of the door of the house that was stuck was a bit uncomfortable. The shower should also be renovated and the living room window rearranged, but otherwise everything is fantastic!

We were satisfied with the accommodation. Everything looks like the pictures. Indeed, the door to the balcony in the leaving was blocked, but the terrace can be accessed through the bedroom. Otherwise, a beautiful location! Thank you!

Very helpful host, very simple check-in, perfect location and parking. The only flaw is the slightly faulty door lock and the slightly heavy window handles. Everything else is fine!

The building was easy to find, however the room wasn’t clean, the balcony door didn’t work and charger plugs were broken on both sides of the bed. I would expect good care for price that they are asking.

Good Location. Well Cleaned. BUT Bring your own toilet paper... To begin with, we were given only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days for 3 people. When we asked for 2 more we were told the first 2 were complementary and we werent entitled to any more. So we had to buy our own. It's a minor inconvenience but from a service point of view it was weird to not just give us 2 more. It's just 2 toilet rolls... The couch bed was horrible to sleep on as it was sagging in the middle and in the morning you'd feel like a question mark waking up. It was so bad we had to rotate between the 3 guests for 4 days between who would sleep on that bed so we all got some good nights rest on the other bed. Also the linens pickup came before 10am and bothered us to enter the apartment. A full hour before the scheduled 11am checkout. Again a minor inconvenience but one that made us feel like we were not welcome and were rushed to leave, when added in parallel to the toilet roll situation. Solid 6.5/10

It was really very nice. Great location with a quiet environment. With the most necessary things like restaurants, shops and bus stops. Apartment was very nice and clean.

nice accommodation close to the centre of Milan, accessible by tram, metro and even on foot, however we encountered some problems in the accommodation, unfortunately the bay window of the living room did not open when we arrived, I contacted the host and he replied that a technician would come the next day, only, the technician never came and I did not have any feedback about it, a little annoying not to have been able to open the bay window, fortunately that of the bedroom opened, several doors (wardrobes) broken, there is a washing machine but no drying rack... unless we did not find it? one of the shower doors was broken, difficult to close it completely... on the positive side I would say that the accommodation was quite clean with sufficient kitchen utensils and storage as well!

The apartment is in a modern building complex with a beautifully landscaped outdoor area. We found you clean. Unfortunately, we were unable to check in on time because the apartment had not yet been cleaned. However, we were able to put the suitcases down. The apartment was equipped as described. Unfortunately, we have to deduct a few points because of a terrace door in the living area that cannot be opened. In addition, a chair leg was broken and the sofa bed was heavily sagging and had a hollow in the middle. I would recommend this accommodation for 2 people.

Very good stay. Just a door problem the first night, no one was avilable to help us from the host so we’Ve been stuck outside for 1h30. I had to call someone do open the door and payed him. After a lot of explanations with the hosts, we have been refund 1 week later for this problem. Otherwise a good place, good appartement and good neighborhood with a subway station at 10min a way by walk.

The apartment is just like described, it is located in a gated area with good security. There was a big issue at the check in, the host did not clean the apartment after the last guests. When I arrived, the bedding was not changed, the towels were not changed and the place needed cleaning. I had to wait for several hours before the cleaner arrived. I asked the host several days before arriving to provide an additional set of bedding and pillows for the sofa bed since I may have a colleague stay with me for 1 night only. Despite several attempts to make contact with the host my request was simply ignored. All in all the stay was fine since the apartment is nice, however, it is not very well managed by the host.

Not bad as a place not too far from the bus and easy to park on the street. I think you have to ask for sheets for the couch.

It was a nice stay. The space was cool, well located and clean! Host was very responsive when requested. Too bad the sofa bed was missing a blanket.
