Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

It's very inconvenient when we checked in, the boiler wasn't working, so we didn't have hot water for a long time. There are no slippers in the room, but there's tiles everywhere and it's cold. And we weren't told how to get in and out of the yard, which was a bit of a hassle.The shower is very small, somewhat uncomfortable. And it's kind of inconvenient when you don't have keys, because if you don't have a working phone and with network, you can't get into the house. On the plus side, it's close to the metro, train and bus, which makes getting around easy.

Great stay. The apartment is very close to metro, train station, bus lines. Very easy to go to the center of Milan. The apartment was very clean, it has all that we needed for a great stay. The only thing to improve is the hot water, it doens't last for one bath, so baths need to be super quick. Other thant that, great stay! :)

Adriel and I stayed in this flat and had a great experience. The space is comfortable, well organized and corresponds to what was announced. The location is also very good, making the stay much easier. As an area for improvement, we found the access a bit confusing the first time around. It would have been helpful if the explanatory video had been sent before we arrived, as it was very useful once we managed to get in. Another point relates to cleanliness: as we stayed for quite a long time, we ended up doing a quick clean and noticed that, although the floor appeared clean at first glance due to its pattern, it was not as clean as we had imagined. Overall, we would recommend the stay and would certainly consider returning.
