The inside is organised as follows:- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, desk and large wardrobe;
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, KITCHEN ETTE (gas hob with two burners, moka, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and kitchenware), dining table for 4 people and TV;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, central heating with valves, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fans, hangers and drying rack.
***PAY ATTENTION: works in progress from the neighbour apartment. Noises from early morning may be expected.***

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

A truly lovely and spacious property located in a pleasant neighbourhood with both shopping options and a variety of restaurants. However, the property had a noticeable odour, despite being aired out for hours. It wasn't entirely clean either, but the towels and bedding smelled clean.

I had an excellent stay at this property! The place was spotlessly clean, very well organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great, with easy access to all the main attractions. The host was attentive and helpful from the very beginning, always quick to respond and ready to assist with anything we needed. They also provided great local recommendations, which really enhanced our experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and outstanding hospitality. I would gladly stay here again!

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
