Cosy and comfortable apartment of about 65 square meters, perfect for two people, located on the mezzanine floor of a building framed by a lovely garden in the so-called "Washington area", a residential area full of services and well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the various public transport available (metro, bus and tram nearby).
The apartment, perfect for both tourists and workers, consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, desk and large wardrobe;
- LIVING AREA with double sofa bed, KITCHEN ETTE (gas hob with two burners, moka, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and kitchenware), dining table for 4 people and TV;
- BATHROOM with bathtub with shower, sink, bidet and WC.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, central heating with valves, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fans, hangers and drying rack.

When we came to place it was easy to find but we already texted him 15-20 mins back before reaching destination. But he did not go through the message we had to wait for more than 30 mins after so much tireing day we waited for so much time No wiffi. As owner didnot recharge for wiffi and till we were there no recharge was done just they say it is dont but no internet. Very slow response Not a good deal No value for money

The apartment said there was wifi but it did not work, we tried to fix it but nothing at all, the hot water lasted one day and the next it no longer came out, the kitchen had the necessary things to cook but the fire did not work, we wrote to the host for a solution but to this day he still has not answered and we had no instructions for the exit to be able to leave or where to leave the keys or anything.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
