Cozy apartment of 50 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people - steps to access). The accommodation is equipped with every comfort including air conditioning and a balcony. The location is great! We are in a quiet area of the city, just outside the center of Milan, 15 minutes walk from the Loreto metro station that leads to Piazza Duomo after just 4 stops.
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, kettle, oven, moka pot and kitchen utensils), peninsula with stools, TV, double sofa bed, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the building and steps to access the elevator.
A step in the bathroom and one to access the shower.
Hot water is supplied by boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:

We stayed here for a week to explore Milano. Great access to public transport, very big apartment, nice balvony. The street next to the apartment is busy but didn’t disturb sleep. Host was very responsive, we noticed a minor issue and they handled it instantly. We had a very warm welcome right away.
