The duplex apartment is organized as below.On the lower level there is:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchairs, dining table, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
Internal stairs lead to the upper level with:
- BEDROOM I with single bed, fan;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and TV, fan;
- BATHROOM I with sink, shower, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with sink, bathtub, bidet and toilet. ATTENTION: THE BATHTUB IS NOT USABLE
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating, washing machine, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and towels included.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

In November, it was so cold in the apartment that I didn't want to go back because I had to sit under a blanket. Terribly chemical smell of the air freshener. The apartment is dirty, the furniture in the kitchen is sticky, there is so much dust in the wardrobe that when I put on a sweatshirt, I took out a grey one. A lot of things are old, damaged and dirty. An inconvenient form of accommodation because you have to make an appointment for a specific time to pick up the keys, we hit a strike and there was stress that you have to get there by 9pm. The only plus of this place is the location because it is close to the metro

Disclaimer, this review is my own opinion, different people may feel differently about same thing. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and has retro furniture, we enjoyed its style a lot. It has plenty of kitchenware too. Extremely close to subway and bus stations as well as grocery stores. All in all, a great location. Additionally, host is very responsive and sent perfect videos of how to get into the apartment, which made it extremely easy to navigate and enter. Nevertheless, overall rating went low due to several facts: * The place was dirty. That's sad I can't attach photos to the review. Emtpy oreos box in the wardrobe, hair on the floor, dust and web in the corners on the floor and on the walls * No euro sockets except for one bedroom upstairs. Had problems charging my laptop * TV is old and didn't work, huge disappointment for our toddler. Chandelier in the kitchen doesn't work. * No microwave, no toaster, no coffeemachine * Kitchenware was dirty (plates, pots, frying

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
