The 30 sqm studio is located on the second floor of a building with a lift (stairs to access it).The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), sofa bed, chairs, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning via split, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

The host is helpful and professional. The check in process is very convenient, there is no physical key, that’s great. The location is fantastic. There is a good restaurant and a supermarket just next to the apartment. Both are good value for money. The apartment itself is clean and large. Also has air conditioning, perfect for summer time. The only minor point is that I personally prefer softer pillows. Everything else is 10/10

We stayed for five nights, which was more than enough time to visit Milan. We were a couple with a one-and-a-half-year-old boy, and they provided us with a travel cot for him to sleep in (€7.50). The accommodation is suitable for a couple. The flat is small, as is the kitchen, which is connected to the bedroom and a small dining room. I would recommend it for a short stay. It has air conditioning, which is highly recommended, and a lift. I would improve the pillows, as they were a bit hard and high for my taste, and the kitchenware. I would add a few more pans or cooking utensils, as well as dishwasher tablets. It's an old property where they've done a full renovation of the flat. Overall, a good feeling and recommended.

Stay as described, small but effective and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Very convenient location to access public transport (5 min walk from the subway). Upon our arrival the apartment was not completely clean, but the host promptly activated to provide additional cleaning, which was perfect. Overall I recommend it.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
