The 30 sqm studio is located on the second floor of a building with a lift (stairs to access it).The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, moka, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), sofa bed, chairs, TV, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, air conditioning via split, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

A cozy apartment with everything you need. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is close to bus stops and a 6-minute walk to the metro. There's a grocery store across the street. Hassle-free check-in and excellent communication with the host. We highly recommend it:)

This place was amazing because the apartment itself was so clean and modern with nice technology. The apartment is clean and just as it was listed. The location is great because the metro and tram is close by. One way it takes you to the city center and one way it takes you to Linate airport. The only complaint I have is that you have to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but that is the least of my worries. I enjoyed my stay here very much

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
