Located 100m from the "Via Monte Nero/ Via Pier Lombardo" line 9 tram stop and only 400m from the "Porta Romana" underground stop (M3 - yellow line) direct to Piazza Duomo in just 3 stops, the accommodation boasts a really strategic!
The Mysterious Baths, the Franco Parenti Theater, QC Terme Porta Romana are very close!
Inside it offers large and comfortable spaces, totally renovated in every aspect and each one equipped with all the appropriate desirable comforts.
The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with relaxation area with double sofa bed, split AC and TV and kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher;
- BEDROOM with double bed, split AC
-BEDROOM II with sofa bed, split AC
- BATHROOM with bidet and shower cubicle.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, washing machine, hairdryer and iron.
Possibility of paid parking on Viale Montenero (Parcheggi Milanesi) or on Via Botta (Garage Bottauto): both are a short distance from the house.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are not able to check in after 11.00 pm.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
