In the immediate vicinity of the property is the stop of the M1 Red metro line "Pasteur", with which you can reach Piazza Duomo after only 6 stops! In addition to being well connected thanks to public transport, the area is full of all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets).

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, Smart TV (no antenna), dining table;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, centralized underfloor heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: hot water is provided by a gas boiler.

Location was excellent for public transport, with the nearest station being 30 seconds away from the apartment with connections to Centrale and Duomo. Apartment was spacious and clean, accommodated 2 people easily with the master bedroom and sofa bed. This was a last minute arrangement after our original booking cancelled 2 weeks prior to the Grand Prix and was more than happy with our choice of accommodation as we frantically booked this apartment. Would stay again due to the cleanliness, proximity to public transport, and spaciousness.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
