Great location and facilities and quite responsive host, but the surroundings is a bit uncomfortable with ongoing construction. In general, it was a fairly good place to stay for your travel considering the price.

It was a really nice place, except for two small incidents. First of all, I didn’t like the online key system used to open the apartment door and the building entrance door. I was always worried that if my phone ran out of battery, I wouldn’t be able to get inside. Also, a few times the building entrance door button was not active, and I had to wait for the host to help me open it and fix the issue. What if that happened late at night and nobody was able to help? Another problem was a party at the bar downstairs on Friday night. It went on late and finished around 1 am, and I couldn’t sleep at all because I could hear the loud music as if it was playing next door. I couldn’t sleep, and the next morning I had to wake up early for a trip I had booked, so I wasn’t very happy about that. The host told me that they could do nothing about it. Other than that, the apartment was clean, with lots of storage, comfortable beds, a nicely equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom.

It is a very practical and well-divided and organised apartment. Equipped with everything you need, even for stays of a few weeks. It is located in an interesting location, well served by public transport, both metro and bus and tram. A stone's throw from the beautiful market in Via Fauché, in an area full of restaurants, bars, retail stores and supermarkets. I had a great time.

We stayed a week and, from the moment we arrived, we reported that we did not have wifi, something we needed to work. The host never responded or fixed the issue, which was quite detrimental to us. Also, without the internet we couldn't watch TV either. To check in, we had to use a link that didn't work with the main door of the building, so we had to look for the keys elsewhere to be able to enter. Something similar happened with the apartment door: the system didn't work well and we had to enter a 10-digit code every time we entered or left, which was quite inconvenient. The positive thing is that the apartment is well located: close to the metro, tram and several bus lines. Chinatown is about a 10-minute walk away and there are two supermarkets very close by.

Very kind staff and ready to respond. Nice apartment but with dust and the bed not very comfortable, one side seemed to have the bed base lower. The inner courtyard is very old but under renovation.

The room and location was lovely and very good. Metros are close and you can easily walk to the city centre. We were just disappointed with that the WiFi wasn’t working. Tried to fix it and found out the Router was broken. A problem they said was known by them and wasn’t mentioned to us. Unfortunately a problem that made our stay less pleasant. After some difficult back and forth texting and receiving really brief answers they offered a pocket WiFi. A nice initiative but a bit late on our two day stay. After saying we weren’t bothered, they kindly offered a refund. A very nice offer but we never received it.. I think they were willing to help but it seemed they didn’t really care. It came across quite unprofessional. But yea. Really nice Airbnb but I’m not renting from a big company anymore.

Nice appartment, though it wouldn't hurt to have some basic things like salt and sugar. There was no internet during the 2 days of our stay, and since the lock is controlled through the internet, the check-in was a pain.

Accommodation located not far from the tram or metro. Everything was clean and modern. We are delighted with our stay at this apartment. Host was very responsive. The system for entering the apartment is quite simple. I saw comments about the noise outside. We had no problems on our end. But we came from 14 to 17 August. Maybe it was quieter. We will recommend this listing and this host.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. It matched the photos perfectly. In addition, the inner courtyard allowing us to access the apartment is very typical and old, it adds a charm that we liked a lot. Thanks for this lovely stay in Italy.

The apartment was nice and was extremely tidy however I would highlight to other potential guests that the street noise was terrible. The only quiet time was between approximately 1am-6am and otherwise there were extremely loud vehicles outside the bedroom window which kept us awake. Otherwise the apartment was lovely and was in a good location.

The accommodation was clean and has a good location. Unfortunately, communication with the administration was very poor. We were not informed in advance that people could come into the apartment & we were therefore very surprised in the evening when suddenly our towels were missing. We had to contact the administration and ask for new ones, which unfortunately were not brought until the next day. The more serious thing was that there was a second gate where our key didn't work. Since it was late at night, we had to CLIMB OVER the gate. We have reported the problem to the administration. She was not at all understanding and when we asked, she hardly reacted and said we would get the key the next day. It was only by luck that we got out of the apartment and back in. The administration did not help at all and did not respond despite our emergency. Very unfortunate and incomprehensible.

The keypad doorlock was really annoying and most of the time not reliable. I asked for a earlier check in, they told me the apartment will be ready at noon. The cleaning lady left at 3:15, and asked me to wait so she can finish- she also left the dirty laundry from previous guests in the wardrobe. I told all this to the host, and what I at least expected is some empathy and we’re sorry. Overall the apartment is good, except the bed- there's a noticeable indentation in the bed where people usually sleep/and or caused by years of use.

Modern and clean apartment. The building from the outside is very outdated, but that doesn't bother me. The location was very good (near the subway and also Chinatown is a 10-minute walk) and the residents in this building were all very friendly.
