The internal space is organized as follows:- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs, clothes rack, shoe rack and split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet, WC and washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating, air conditioning via split (2 units), drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
The boiler is located in the living room, next to the entrance door.
The courtyard is shared.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

If you ever played GTA San Adreas-it was almost the same.I gave them the time of our flight and the expected time of the arrival and even after this (things that i don’t control) they charged us extra cost.Waited for the key at night (very dangerous location) 30 minutes! We asked for a TV remote,which they never bring.We were two people in the actual reservation I mistakenly did 1,but in our chat when i was filling the documents I asked if they want the documents of person 2,and they never responded and after that AGAIN WE WERE ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. I know my mistake but it was just irritating. Everything regarding this was nice!

Review: 1. The property required an in person check in which was quite inconvenient. 2. We were encouraged to communicate with a property manager instead of via the app which seemed quite sketchy. 2. Floors had not been adequately cleaned and the spare blankets had stains on them. 3. Furniture was extremely rickety even given that we are not large people. 4. Hot water stopped working on the seccond night and was not fixed until two days later. We also were given the run around until we started making requests via the app. Overall, would not recommend.

In fact, it might be better to clean the apartment. The floor was dirty. In addition, we couldn't find the TV remote control, so it exists but doesn't work. We were greeted by a broken shoe rack. The sink in the bathroom had a bad drain, which can be fixed in a minute with a plunger if you take care of your apartment. The overall impression of the stay was just average. It's great that there are air conditioners in two rooms.
