The accommodation, which can host up to 4 people, is located on the first floor of a building with lift. Please note the presence of a step to access the structure and steps to access the lift.
The property consists of bedroom, living room with sofa bed (for 2), kitchen, bathroom and balcony.

- KITCHEN with induction hob, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchenware, wine glasses and split A/C;

The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. Problems detected: for the automatic check-in procedure, a name was indicated that was not on the intercom, I had to communicate via message because there is no way to talk on the phone with the property or whoever is there. In the bunch of keys, there was no key to the door, so despite my many messages, it was never provided in 7 days of stay, forcing me to use the procedure via the internet and always have a mobile phone charged and with an internet line. If I had returned late (message support is only from 9 am to 10 pm) and had my mobile phone dead, I would have been out all night! The support, always via message, said that the key had been changed, they did not have the new one and the owner was on holiday (!). Basically "sort it out!". The bathroom railing could not be closed and it was important, as it is a first floor and there is no shutter or damper.
